Set and devolved procedure regarding to dispatch cycle and defined a KPIs as demand
fulfillment, waiting and loading time, response time.
 Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner with the purpose
of maintaining customer satisfaction.
 Develop and analyze customer surveys and identifies & implements corrective measures
to ensure quality services.
 Made recommendations to Management regarding the acquisition and disposal of
equipment and vehicles.
 Applying efficient operation by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities,
