    Cancellation Policy
    Substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellations received 13 days prior to the seminar will be charged a $125 service charge. Cancellations and no-shows the day of the seminar will receive no refund. To cancel a registration or make a substitution, email [email protected] or call 800.809.2364.

    Registrations received within one week of the scheduled seminar cannot be guaranteed handout materials on-site. In this case, course materials will be mailed to the attendee following the seminar. To report any special dietary requirements at one of the fullday seminars, please e-mail [email protected]. Be sure to include your name, seminar, city and date.
