The Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission invites applications through online
from the citizens of lndia. for filling up ofposts of Research Assistant as detailed below:-

Apri|2022 April 2022. Howeveq the Upper Age Limit is relaxable by 5 years for
APST and another 5 years relaxation for regular employees working
under Govt. and Semi Govt. Departments of the State of Arunachal
Pradesh.
For APST PwD candidates, upper age limit will be relaxed for 15 years.
Educational B.Com, BA with Economics as one of the subjects and B.Sc. with
Qualification Mathematics 0R Statistics as one of the sub.jects from a recognized
University. However, one who have appeared Or appearing in the final
yearlsemester examination shall also be eligible to apply subject to
production of original certificate/Mark sheet at the time of viva
voce/lnterview.

Selection Process To quali$,, an Applicant must score a minimum of


(Two Stages) 33%o in each subiect as also, a minimum of 45o/o in
A Written aggregate score.
Examination Of such qualified candidates, a number three times
followed by the advertised posts (Approximately 301, in the order of
lnterview/Viva- merit, will be eligible and invited for the
Voce Interview/Viva-Voce.

3 NOTE.
The Commission reserved the right to conduct a
'Recruitment Test'fPreliminary TestJ, if the number of
Applicants is significantly large. The 'Recruitment Test'
will be Multiple Choice, Objective Type, to be answered
on OMR Sheet in General Knowledge.
Based on the Order of Merit of the 'Recruitment Test',
Applicants, twelve times the advertised posts
[Approximately 120), will be eligibte and invited for the
Written Examination.
4 Final Merit List of Successful Applicants notified by this
Commission, will be based on the aggregate marks of
the written examination and Interview/Viva-Voce.
