Looking into the first map, the island is previously empty and undesignated for tourism
purposes. On the island with 100 meters large, two accommodation blocks will be erected.
Amongst those blocks, there will be a construction of a reception building and a restaurant.
Furthermore, the beach will be renovated with some proper facilities for swimming.

Another facility added into the area is a footpath track that allows tourists to walk around the
accommodation area. Moreover, vehicle track will ease the sightseers to reach the pier when
they need to explore the sea with sailboat. Travelers may also reach the restaurant from the
reception building through vehicle’s path when they want to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Initially, the island is was an uninhabited land where some coconut trees have been grown in
the west and east areas. Afterwards it, the developer constructs eight homestays in the east
which are connected with circle footpath, and six 6 accommodations in the weast that
integrated with swimming areas in the beach through such footpath.

When it comes to the west, there are six buildings which are surrounded by palm trees. The
footpath near those hotels leads to the beach, which currently includes a swimming area. In the
centre of the island, nine buildings have been constructed in a circular position with some
footsteps in the nearby of the houses.

A reception and a big restaurant have been erected between two housing areas. A prior in the
south part of the island is connected to the reception, and it is equipped with a vehicle track,
allowing sailing boats to anchor. Although the massive constructions have been carried out,

coconut trees are livinge there. To In the west of this area, there is a beach that in the next
planning model will be erected into a swimming pool in the next planning model, and in the
center of the island will be opened up a restaurant and receptionist.

When it comes to around the receptionist area, the two groups of cottages will be constructed,
and to make the travellers convenient, the footpath will be built surrounding those buildings. In
the south area, the pier will be built along with including the vehicle track to reach the a
receptionist area.
