    GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

    Acquisition and application of knowledge, skills, and attitudes through


    the utilization of nursing process and performance of professional
    management and leadership skills in the care of sick adult, clients with life-
    threatening conditions, acutely ill multi-organ problems, high acuity and
    emergency situation towards health promotion, disease prevention,
    restoration, and maintenance and rehabilitation.

    LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
    At the end of 6 hours of Related Learning Experience, I will be able to:

    1) Establish rapport with the clinical Instructor, duty mates and hospital
    staff professionally.
    2) Be oriented with the policies and health protocols of Zamboanga City
    Medical Center properly.
    3) Acquire knowledge about the present health condition of the patient
    properly.
    4) Identify the signs and symptoms of the present health condition
    thoroughly.
    5) Perform a comprehensive physical assessment of the patient/s
    carefully.
    6) Determine the possible complication/s of the present health condition
    properly.
    7) Determine the needed nursing interventions for the patient
    effectively.
    8) Evaluate therapeutic nursing care for the patient according to
    accepted standards of practice thoroughly.

    PLAN OF ACTIVITIES
