PLANNING AND SETTING
MANAGING TIME MOTIVATED GOALS
One (1) major challenge I encountered while practicing the habit.
Sometimes, I feel unmotivated to do things. Although I set my goals beforehand, and I
have a lot of time, there is a resistance that is making me unmotivated to do so.
One (1) thing I’ve learned from my challenge.
To keep doing things to be able to finish and reach the goal that is made up.
Two (2) habits I plan to practice next week.
