A. In your group’s opinion, which behavioral science discipline contributed vastly to Mckinsey &
Company’s organizational behavior? Provide an example to support your answer.

✓ In our own opinion for me is the define inclusion and diversity priorities that are based on the
drivers of the business-growth strategy. Because of McKinsey develop that the diversity and
inclusion are not just moral imperatives; they are integral to their dual mission to help their
clients make substantial, lasting performance improvements and to build a firm that attracts,
develops, excites, and retains exceptional people. They work with their clients as they do with
their colleagues and build their capabilities and leadership skills at every level and every
opportunity.

B. In your group’s perspective, which global challenge/s on organizational behavior did McKinsey &
Company successfully address? How did they do it? Elaborate your response with an example.

✓ McKinsey & Company successfully address the global challenge and organizer behavior on the
side of LGBTQ community. McKinsey & Company have respect so this community because even
though is they have disabilities they can be work also they can provide needs. Example. LGBTQ
can give their efforts on their designated work1 capability to give needs to their family.

explain how did that strategy benefits them.

to understand which specific strategies best support their business-growth priorities. This also
include attracting and retaining the right talent and strengthening decision-making capabilities.

✓ As a student of tourism and hospitality management it is important to have key takeaways in


creating an effective organizational culture because it helps improve workflows and guides the
decision-making process. It also helps us to overcome barriers of ambiguity. Having a clear
culture that unifies employees and promotes organized structures help people work together
with purpose. Because having an effective organizational culture can bring benefits such as
enhanced trust and cooperation, fewer disagreements and more-efficient decision-making.
Culture also provides an informal control mechanism, a strong sense of identification with the
organization and shared understanding among employees about what is important
