Exercise is important for the reasons of improving your immune system, enhancing brain function, gaining
muscles/ losing weight.
- It may enhance your immune system and make you much safer from sickness.
-Exercising your body is also exercising your mind to make it more efficient in its function.
-To gain more muscles to carry the everyday work and lose weight for health assurance.
Sports aid in the control of diabetes, the management of weight, the improvement of blood circulation, and
the management of stress levels. Sports provide a good balance of physical and mental development, which
helps tone muscles and strengthen bones. Sports teach students the value of living a healthy lifestyle.
