Purpose: Establish and manage Export Lubricant Business, base oils, and other allied business
to meet approved volume, sales, margin, expenses, and profitability of the business along with
the growth plans in line with the Company strategy of business expansion.

Duties:
- Identify, negotiate and entecontractsontract with blenders and other vendors including labels,
cartons, plastic granules, additives, and blow molding manufacturers in UAE to procure finished
lubricants at the best possible prices.
- Liaise with a technical manager in formulating products as per specific country needs and back
it up with technical services for the customers/distributor.
- Devise label /pack designs as per country with the help of the marketing manager and
implement the same with the label/ pack manufacturer.
- Selena ct key markets with focus, on Athe Africa, middle east and Far east and scout for
distributors, negotiate commercial terms with them and launch branded lubricants in these
markets.
- Study and implement blending arrangements in Africa/G.C.C (Sau long-term & UAE) looking at
long-term business needs and getting the lowest cost to serve with the view on bottom-line and
better customer service.
- Devise marketing plans in liaison with the marketing manager for each gain to gain with the
objective along-term long-term market shares and improved profitability
- Assist other BM-Export in the implementation of Marketing initiatives in G.C.C markets
- Timely soubise of base oils, additives, and all raw materials in coordination with procurement
department to achieve efficient and cost-effective production, the
- Set up a source of supplies for base oils for regular supplies (base oil is in high demand and
restricted supplies). Negotiate terms and ensure smooth supplies regularly. Building up a
network with suppliers would be an important dimension for supplies of base oils & all raw
materials and additives.

- Manage all the administrative issues of the UAE Branch office in coordination with the assigned
signatories for the UAE branch office and HR in Muscat. sets up the annual budget part of the
Export Budget. Coordinate all the visa requirements with RAK authority and ensure compliance
with all laws ad regulations of the country. Coordinate with all the support functions in Muscat HQ
for the smooth hiring of the branch office.
- Ensure an effective & timely supply chain of finished products from the blending plant for
Lubricants in Oman that meets their growth strategy? Timely supply of finished products to Oman
- No breach of the laws or regulations in the RAK office
- Meeting all OOMCO policies with regards to the RAK office
- Ensure that the Branch office is functional to meet the business needs all the time.
- Legal & Commercial interface
- Working with the legal department in HQ to set up commercial agreements with suppliers,
vendors and distributor’s with the view to safeguarding company interests.
- Liaising with trademark and brand protection attorneys to ensure that brands are registered and
protected in international markets, in places where it is being marketed.
- Whetting all letters of credit from customers in line with financial controllers’ollers’ directives and
ensuring proper documentation against such LCs to facilitate security of transactions made both
for finished lubricants and base oil trading. ? Completion of trademark registration in countries
where lubricants are marketed.
- Ensure all monies are safely received against the transactions made for the international
country-wiseStudy country-wise legality on distributor agreements and advise lawyers to draft the
agreements likewise.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration with a qualification in Marketing.

- 8 to 10 years of experience in the sales and marketing of technical products e.g. oil-related or
automotive products with exposure to international marketing for a minimum of 3 years.
