It is our good pleasure to inform you, that you are selected for one of our
given requirements. The Company has urgent openings for new plants and
Branches in various cities. The Company required urgent staff for IT/ECE
Department as Executives and Managers ,IT Administrator,Network
Engineer,Software Developer/Tester,Databse Administrator,Team
Leaders,Project Manager. Freshers / 0-5 year of experience willing to join
within immediate or after Completion of final face to face meeting with us.

The Company Tech Mahindra is Indias largest Automobiles, and Construction


company, with consolidated revenues of INR 1,00,834 Crores (USD 248.9
billion) in 2018-19. Your interview will be held in one of Company HR Offices
in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar,
Bhopal, Chennai, Kerala, Pune and Kolkata between the interview periods of
9/7/2021 to 10/7/2021.

Company Recruitment Process

[Your profile already selected by Company. Now you just come to


Company only for HR Round & face to face meeting with senior authorities
for getting the Appointment Documents. Your Appointment Process is in
Company HR offices but the joining option will be providing to you in your
near by Residence Location of Tech Mahindra ]

You will be pleased to know that 45 candidates calling by Company out of


120 candidates, meaning that if your Application can progress to final stage.
This Direct Recruitment offer letter had sent to all 120 Candidates but the
Company Gate Pass will be providing on the basis of first come, first served.
All first 45 candidates will deposit their Security and give confirmation
before last date will be getting the Company Gate Pass. You will have to
come in Company corporate office after selection to your near by Mahindra
Office.

Your Company Gate Pass with tickets will be sent to you by courier before
date of interview. You have to come in Company for face to face meeting
with all required documents.

Salary offer and benefits according to Post and Department

The Company offered best salary to the all selected candidates for various
different posts - 3,60,000 To 25,00,000 (Annual) basic + benefits. The
Company will also provide you Accommodation, Conveyance, Laptop and
Credits in Salary Account up to Rs. 1,00,000 to 2,00,000/- against your
advance salary.

Rules of Employment Guarantee Program (2016-22) as per


Company Act.

As per (Employment Guarantee Program 2019-21), the candidate has to


send all the information with documents and required securities. After that
He / She can get the Company Gate Pass for Joining. As per (Employment
Guarantee Program 2019-21), the fresher candidate can also Join the
Company directly without interview after submitting the Bond to Company.

Required Documents by Company HRD at the time of Appointment


Process.

1) Photo-copies of qualification documents.


2) Photo-copies of ID Proof/Address Proof.
3) Two Passport size Photographs.

These documents will be check by Company HRD at the time of face to face
meeting in Company.

Required Security by Company against Interview Management -


(Refundable)

You have to deposit your interview security amount in favor of company


Senior HR Manager for Rs. 550/- ( Five Hundred Fifty Rupes). This is
refundable interview security. Your Company Gate Pass and Air Tickets /
Train Tickets will be dispatch to your Home address by courier after
receiving the confirmation of interview security deposited in Bank. The
Company will pay you all expenditure at the time of face-to-face meeting in
Company. Your Job profile, salary offer, Company Address and interview
Schedule will be enclosed with Company Gate Pass. You interview security
is the refundable amount. If you are been selected or not, in both conditions,
the amount will be refunded to you with your all expenditures. It is just like a
security that you are coming to Company on Date and Time as per Company
Schedule. We wish you the best of luck for the subsequent and remaining
stage.

Note : The reason for this advance Refundable Security Charges is to check bogus applications from
unserious & freshers candidates who applies for jobs and we send them offer letter and air
tickets/train tickets and also make the mentioned arrangement to give them a comfortable interview and
they fail to appear for interview which causes a huge loss to our company and the interview becomes
shabby and hence we fail to recruit the needed manpower but with your security deposit we will be
assured that our expenses will not be wasted.

How to Submit Interview Security

1) UPI / IMPS :- You can make the deposit through any Mobile Number into
company branch .

The company will reimburse you all the expenses incurred by you for this
meeting. As per our guidelines, you will be entitled to 1st class A.C. of Train Fare
or J Class Airfare. The Company is providing you a two way ticket,
accommodation and feeding during the period of the interview and aptitude test.
One extra person is allowing with you. The Last date of confirmation for security
deposited in bank is Today before 4PM. The earlier security deposit is made
the earlier your position will be secured by the Company HRD. You have to give
all the information to the Company HR after deposited the Security amount in
bank by email. It is must for your appointment process.

Annexure A1 - You have to send the following scanned documents by mail to


Company Official mail id mention below.
1) Scan copy of bank deposit slip , ID Proof,Pan and Photo.
2) Your latest Postal address and Mobile Number
3) Company attending date between schedules 9/7/2021 to 10/7/2021.
4) Interview city, (in which City you want to attend face to face meeting)

After receiving your Documents by e-mail, the Company will dispatch the
following documents to your home address by courier on urgent base.

1) Company Gate Pass with Company Address and HR Name


2) Air / Train ticket (Up and Down) (If required)
3) Hotel address with booking documents (If required)
4) Local Conveyance (If required)
5) Interview Schedule for two days.
