    ▪ Responsible for Planning and Coordination of Project handover activities from Projects Team to
    society
    ▪ Preparation of Project Schedules and tracking of the projects progress covering entire scope
    and within defined timelines
    ▪ Preparation of Budget and cash flow for the project
    ▪ Coordinate with various departments like Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, quality
    ▪ Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project

    ▪ Responsible for carrying out snagging of finished flats as per the industry standards in
    modification with the client requirements and delegations.
    ▪ Maintained checklists and reflecting the same in digital format for compilation and data sharing
    in a Central System. Carried out de-snagging of the same with an effort to reduce the gap
    between client needs and reality.
    ▪ Assist the facilities manager to monitor service standards.
    ▪ Monitor MEP system performances post-handover, assist with reporting faults and
    rectification of faults. Ensure all planned and reactive work orders are completed on
    site as per work standards.
    ▪ Supporting Civil team for timely handover of flats to facility management team
    ▪ Supporting planning team to maintain and updating of trackers
