    Terms & Conditions

    1. All Equipment Submitted for calibration must be in Working Conditions.

    2. All Possible care will be taken in handling of equipment, but risk of damage in transit,
    calibration or due to natural calamity shall be borne by the customer

    3. All equipment accepted for calibration may be returned un calibrated, under


    circumstances beyond our Control.

    4. Customer shall be responsible for any information provided by him in the Service
    Request Form.

    5. The Report shall not be misused by the customer.

    6. Service charges payable to NMS, NMS attract service tax and cess which has to be
    paid as per the rate notified by the Government of India.

    7. The report / Certificate issued refer only to the items submitted for calibration.

    8. In case of any dispute the decision of the CEO of the Lab shall be final and binding.

    9. SRF copy must be made available on demand at all points of interaction at the Lab.

    10 All Equipment’s Submitted for calibration shall be clearly identified with


    Nomenclature, Make, Model, and Serial no embossed or engraved on it. All such
    Equipment’s shall be in working Conditions.
