    LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

    To Whom It May Concern,

    Paul Szypula was a Senior Designer at DNA studio during my employment


    there from September 2002 through January 2004. His responsibilities
    included Flash development, technical and art direction, animation, and
    design, working both on interactive and print products. In addition, Paul
    served as an engine of motivation, inspiring his co-workers to reach new
    levels in their work.

    While at DNA I had the pleasure to work with Paul on many occasions, and
    he was always my number one choice team member as we shared a drive
    for graphical perfection. Together, we were responsible for delivering
    products to clients, such as Bacardi, Universal Studios, Budweiser, and
    Sprite, that would bring DNA prestige.

    Paul is considered a top of the line media artist in the new media field. He
    proved his competency on a daily basis to his team members, particularly in
    the development of the "Modern Evolution of the Hulk" site
    (www.bubblebathgirl.com/projects/modern_evo/). As lead artist of this
    production I worked closely with Paul, constantly seeking his professional
    advice concerning issues such as optmization, functionality, user
    friendliness and how general graphic design should be approached.

    I am glad to have had the opportunity to grow as an artist together with


    Paul and I strongly recommend him to any employer.
