According to law, there is a relationship between the Philippine National Building Code
and the Code on Sanitation, which states that no facility may be run or opened to the public
without a sanitary authorization from the Secretary of Health. Such places must have a sufficient
quantity of water, restrooms, and showers, and they must always be maintained clean.
Additionally, customers must receive fresh linens including bedsheets, pillowcases, towels, and
napkins. As a result, the legislation mentioned in Section 104 shall be governed by the Philippine
Code on Sanitation. General Building Requirements letter C: All facilities must be kept in a
secure, hygienic, and functional state.

b) Philippine Environmental Code

Philippine Environmental Code stipulates the following: minimum requirements for
managing trash, managing water quality, managing land usage, managing natural resources, and
conserving them. The Philippine Environmental Code is therefore responsible for ensuring that
environmental precautions are observed during construction in respect to the National Building
Code of the Philippines.

c) Fire Code of the Philippines

According to the Philippine Fire Code, it is necessary to take fire safety precautions when
manufacturing, storing, handling, and/or using hazardous products. Before granting permits
and/or licenses, local governments must first conduct a fire safety examination. Welding or
soldering, industrial baking and drying, waste disposal, pressurized/forced-draft burning

its accreditation.

may happen with the non-implementation of such hotel policy?
Visitors who are hotel guests are only permitted for a limited period of time, and they

into issues because it won't be able to distinguish between guests and non-guests. Additionally,
