Write an essay entitled:

Work from Home (WFH) policy must be revoked.

Your essay should have the following parts:


1. the introductory paragraph in which both the general statement and the thesis statement
are given;
2. the body of the essay; and
3. the concluding paragraph in which you restate the points or paraphrase the thesis statement

Your essay should be between 250 and 350 words long. Write clearly and in ink. Please note that points
(100 at maximum) will be given for:

 appropriate content
 grammatical accuracy
 good range of sentence structure
 wide range of vocabulary

Work from home (WFH) isn’t for everyone. The fundamental determining factor of remote
work success is whether your leadership and workforce are mentally (and practically) prepared for it.
Working from home requires people to muster a sense of self-discipline and endurance for
loneliness. Many companies neither the leaders nor the team felt that remote work was serving their
creativity or the way they naturally communicated. The freedom to work out of office is “poor
replacements for normal human interaction.”
There seem to be a few theories for this change of heart about remote work. Employers allow
people to work remotely without giving them the proper training or resources to do so productively.
Supervisors, untrained on how to properly manage and monitor remote workers find it easier to
manage someone face-to-face. Some supervisors perhaps because they feel they must be in control
or don't trust their workers are uncomfortable having employees work offsite.
Work from home became slack off from home. Employees seem to treat it like paid time off
and would sometimes be away from the city and unavailable for emergency requests to come to the
office during work hours. Employers feel remote work isn’t for him or his team. They find that
remote workers and the teams with which they work aren't as productive as when they're onsite.
In conclusion, working from home (WFH) is not conducive. It is lack of coordination and
risk of productivity. Humans are social creatures, and working without seeing anyone can make
employees feel cut off. Therefore, work from home (WFH) must be revoked. Expectantly, workers
can fully work at the office.
