Greetings!

This is to inform you about the project proposal and basic design services to be provided to the proposed
project, which is based on the specifications and data given of the project.

The proposed project pertains to a development of a mall space in a prominent mall in the city.
As per the specifications given, the mall space for the proposed project is computed to be 25 square
meters. With the data given, the prevailing development cost of the space is PHP 45,000 per square
meter. With the prevailing development cost, the probable construction cost computed is One Million and
One-hundred Twenty-five Thousand (1,125,000) PHP. The professional fee based on UAP-IAPOA DOC.
210 for Group – 9 shall be (9%) of the probable construction cost. The computed Professional Fee is One
Hundred-one Thousand and Two-hundred and Fifty (101,250) PHP.

GROUP 9 = 150% OF THE RPF
