    We,Hangzhou Technology Co., Ltd, Manufacture Company, who are official manufacturers
    of Hikvision security cameras and accessories, having factories at No.700, Dongliu Road,
    Binjiang Distric, Hangzhou, China (310052) , do hereby authorize M/s : New Device
    Technology, Karsang Building 3rd Floor, Flat No-304, Jangchhub Lam, Thimphu : Bhutan
    to submit a Bid in relation to the Invitation for Bids indicated above, the purpose of which is to
    provide the following Goods, manufactured by us, namely Hikvision Security items, and
    subsequently to negotiate and sign the Contract.

    We hereby extend our full guarantee and warranty in accordance with Clause 29 of the General
    Conditions of Contract, with respect to the Goods offered by the above firm.

    WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

    Dear Sir,

    With reference to the above mentioned offer, Hangzhou Technology Co., Ltd warrants that the
    products are newly manufactured and sold to be free all defects in material, workmanship and
    consistent with established and generally accepted standards of materials of the type ordered and
    shall perform in full conformity with the given specification and datasheets to M/s. New Device
    Technology, Thimphu : Bhutan .

    Hangzhou Technology Co., Ltd would provide 12 months warranty from the date of invoice
    against any manufacturing defects for Hikvision products. The warranty will be limited for the
    replacement of the Cameras and NVR only.

    Hangzhou Technology, Is not responsible for products which have been subject to misuse,
    alteration, accident or for repairs not performed by us.

    The foregoing warranty constitutes sole liability and is in lieu of any other warranty of
    merchantability or fitness. Hangzhou Technology Co., Ltd shall not be responsible for any
    incidental or consequential damages arising from any breach of warranty.
