THE ORGANISATIONS WORK


Comunicadores por el Cambio NGO is a Spanish organization composed by young journalists whose overall objective is researching, advocating and creating social communication. As a specific objective, we try to support all those local, national and international organizations related to his objectives in the field of communication. We understand, its needed to allow those organizations to speak up, as well as make themselves responsible use of information they handle every day. At least, for one year this organization has supported Dreamers without Boundaries Foundation in its projects about communication. Nowadays, with the subsidy of the University Cooperations Office in Seville, Comunicadores por el Cambio is working with the communication projects designed by the Foundation for the development of Nepal: the Communication School and the Communication Network. CC considers that the information and the communication skills are one priority need to get an integral development in the Nepalese communities. It also could contribute to get a better coordination of the melting pot of NGOs, other agents for change and people working at this enormous field.

THE FuNdATIONS WORK


Dreamers without Boundaries is a non governmental organisation that was established in Spain in 2011. Their commitment goes toward human rights of childhood, women and tribal communities in developing countries. Besides, their aim is destined to the development of activities and projects for any other community, group or people living in disadvantaged areas, those that are suffering from serious marginalization and social isolation or either whose human rights are beyond the limits established by the UN. Their work takes on inside and outside Spain. Nowadays this organisation is betting on international action ands setting up the first projects in Kathmandu, Nepal. For the purpose of contribute on the United Nations Development Programme, their management philosophy is based on the following tenets: Cooperating with the governments, agents for change, international organisations, non governmental organisations and all other enterprises or associations that develop their activities in the same area. In this work model, the collaboration of the naturalistic observations of local agents for change takes priority over the researching of the development problems, in order to build together a realistic overview and to provide real, effective and everlasting settlements.

cOMMuNIcATION ScHOOl
Communication School is a Project designed for young Nepalese, that came from poor families, or that have been rescued from the street living, who have completed their basic education and want to learn a creative practical job. Its implementation is done by young students from European (especially Spanish) universities in collaboration with Nepalese ones. His main point is intended to be the collaboration between the universities of both countries as well as other associations and local and international institutions interested in the project. Our purpose is to offer a place at job market for young people. We want to give them enough tools to support the transmission of information in society. In addition, audio visual, photographic and written support gives the opportunity to value creative skills of young people, essential for the development of any collective.

cOMMuNIcATION NETWORK
Communication is very important on these days. People imagine the world beyond their self borders through received information by mass media, and also learning from their environment. The technological advance makes the consume of information possible at the very moment that the fact happens, just as it qualify to communicate efficiently with anyone abroad. This is why many theorists have based their researches in the degree of effective communication between different social groups to compares them. Obviously, a good communicated society is guarantor of welfare. For that reason, to give knowledge that dynamize the communicative process in a society is an incentive to the exponential improvement of the quality of the their members. To get a good network in the rural areas placed in the mountains of Nepal, is necessary the collaborative work between non-profit organizations that offer the human, material and intellectual support to most poor populations. This support expects to be the initial impulse that makes way for the self sustainability of a network of communication, in such a way that enable the free exchange of knowledge and information among the individual and their groups.

TO SuM up
During the months of July, August and September, Comunicadores por el Cambio NGO and Dreamers without Boundaries Foundation are going to set up their first inquiry about the viability and need of the cooperation projects mentioned above: the communication school and the communication network. In order to execute this work successfully, the organisation is funded by a survey methodology based on naturalistic observations and data collection. However, the most outstanding method in this laborious job is the interview, structured, semistructured and unstructured interviews.
