    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

    • Leading a team of 95 workers in two shifts for managing overall production at various line & machine
    viz. :
    • Machine shop (CNC Machine grinding line , Manual Machine , assembly line etc. )
    • Handling fully automation-GRD. TO ASSAMBLY line with managing man, machine, materials.
    • Preparing and maintaining production related all document.
    • Daily work management (PQCDSM TARGETS) activity based on production, quality, rework,
    rejection, maintenance, breakdown, safety, manpower, & shift handling.
    • Maintaining 5S, KAIZEN, TPM, POKA YOKE.
    • Analysis of daily production progress sheet.
    • Monitoring productivity of grinding production line with respect to plan; ensuring performance
    improvement.

    • Process improvement with technical standard Expertise CNC controlling machines (NTN, IZUME &
    JAPAN, ITALIYA technology base machines) and mainteing, & line setting (change over) in machine
    shop and change part programming.
