Reporting Solution as per the requirement of Insurance.

the limited purpose of internal review or as required by any applicable law) be
disclosed to any other person, firm or company. This obligation of confidentiality
shall not apply to information that is publicly known (through no fault of the
non-disclosing party)

ASSUMPTIONS AND DEPENDENCIES

It is assumed that any change in the scope of work would not be covered under
this approach if the same is not specified under the current mentioned scope.
INSURANCE needs to highlight if there is any deviation/amendment in the
mentioned scope of work before signing of the agreement/proposal.

We provide Technology enabled Services including development and customization of
software solutions, innovation and automation, managing of IT Infrastructure and Data Centre.
Intech indigenously develops and implements its banking related software and CBS add-on
modules. We provide management services for the entire IT Infrastructure as well as the
Level-3 Data Centre, DR site and Near DR. We have also developed unique products by
specifically focusing on the requirements of the banking sector. Some of our in house products
are deployed in various PSU/Pvt/Payments Banks. Digital world is the emerging trend and
Intech is on the path of absorbing the same to bring digital products within the reach of the
customers.

1.4 Our Products

 i@Connect® Middleware for Payment and Messaging system which gives you a
competitive Straight Through Processing (STP) capability to process payment
requests between Core Banking System and Payment systems like NGRTGS /
NEFT / SWIFT / SFMS. i@Connect® integrates nicely with any Core Banking
System and with your existing Payment Initiation application.

 i-AML Anti Money Laundering Solution developed by IDBI Intech is a state of the art
application that gives the user unique features starting from Name scanning
against watch lists to effectively identify suspicious transactions/ money
laundering attempts in their organizations, report suspicious transaction to
Regulatory Authority and take preventive action as per the Regulatory
Authority and as per the Regulatory guidelines/ Anti Money Laundering Act
of the Country.

 i-IRAC Our i-IRAC is a strategic tool for NPA management developed considering the
rules and conditions as per the regulatory norms in India for the purpose of
asset classification and provision requirements.

 i-AMS Audit Management System for planning and scheduling Audits. It provides
end to end solution to audit management of the bank by automating the
entire audit planning and other activities associated with audit

 i-OMS Off-site Monitoring System - Rule based alert system for irregularities. It
provides better risk management through continuous monitoring of audit
exceptions as an offsite monitoring exercise, on near real time basis

 i- Recon i-Recon is designed to meet the reconciliation and settlement of daily


transactions from various sources up to the maximum possibility of matching.

 i-Abhay Card i-Abhay is a revolutionary mobile app which empowers customers to gain
personal control over their debit /credit cards and safeguard them against
any probable fraudulent activities. Customer can now set preferred
controls/limits to match the desired usage of their card instantly using their
Smart phone and does have to depend on bank.

Locker Management System – Manages the end-to-end Locker Operations

Currency Chest Management (i-CCM) is a web based application which can be

used extensively by Currency Chest to enter and record their transactions.

Intech has developed a middleware i-BUS, which provides a cost effective


solution. The advantage is that it can be used to integrate any internet facing
 i-Bus
application with the core banking and other application like Demat Services
etc.

 i-VAULT Is a complete solution which meets the UIDAI guidelines. It further enhances
the scope to include Aadhaar based authentication / eKYC/ OTP request
transactions through VID/ UID token values via an optional Middleware
system. The middleware system is flexible and robust enough to
accommodate any changes in NPCI/ UIDAI specifications for Aadhaar eKYC/
OTP request/ authentication transactions.
 i-MBML It helps to engage, track and connect with your potential leads instantly so
that you can close business promptly. MBML is a specifically designed app for
Bank staffs to generate leads of business potential and to help them manage

sales on the go. It simplifies the lead management process for all employees
with easy lead creation, assignment, notifications and lead conversion. It has
automated features that facilitate seamless lead flow from Customer touch
Points to respective Branch Heads/ Relationship Managers. Leads can be
logged, tracked, contacted and status can be updated in MBML based on the
Customer response.

 Data Centre Services

Intech manages state-of-art Tier III data centre for IDBI Bank Ltd. and also manages Data
Centre Services for it’s group companies. In order to ensure continuous availability of IT
Infrastructure, Intech has setup an efficient, on-demand and scalable IT infrastructure
platform, harnessing the power of cutting edge technology. Intech extends this vast experience
in providing DC services to prospective clients.

 Training and Certification

Intech conducts specialized Training programmes on General Banking, Core Banking Solutions
and electronic Payment systems.
Intech aims to groom individuals to bring out their best by providing them with practical
hands – on training, making them employable and giving them an edge over other candidates
in the competitive job market.

 Contact Centre

We have set up the National Contact Centre (Call Centre) for several banks which offers 24 x 7
services to its customers by handling their calls and providing resolution to the customer
queries. These services are being offered to leading Public Sector Banks. By outsourcing

customer service, business will preserve capital resources, reduce cycle time and improve
corporate performance with maximum customer satisfaction.

 Enterprise Collaboration Services (VC, Email, Chat, Office etc...)

Intech have vast experience on Collaborative application tools viz. Video Conference (VC),
Voice, Email & Chat. Intech provide these services to IDBI Bank services and its Group
companies. These solutions have helped our clients in increasing productivity, Flexibility,
Effective communication and also have helped the organization to save money and huge time
in travelling.

1.6 Alliances (Products and Services)

Intech has partnered with some major market players both Nationally and Internationally to
cater to various other requirements of the customers in the BFSI sector.

i. FINACLE – Delivering and carrying out Finacle Services (Training, Customization,


Implementation, Consulting, Development, Testing, Support and all other services in
respect of Finacle Solutions) to external clients in Banking and other sectors.
ii. World Compliance Watchlist – Provides Watchlist Data Feed, offering flexible delivery
options via a seamless integration with AML software. Also provides Compliance data
and sanctions expertise to help business increase transaction screening efficiency and
mitigate costly risk exposure by providing access to industry’s most comprehensive and
current data on sanctions, enforcements, PEP and negative news.
iii. e-Meeting Software– Provides Board Meetings Automation Solutions which is an i-Pad
based solution for directors and executives to conduct meetings digitally and access
meeting documents in a secure and highly collaborative meetings for quick decision
makings.
iv. Customer Segmentation –Customer Segmentation/Bulk SMS and Email.
v. Software Performance – Software Performance Testing Services

2. Introduction to FINnet 2.0

FINnet 2.0 project is of national importance and assists FIU-IND by leveraging


technology to collect, analyze and disseminate financial information for combating
money laundering and related crimes with many improved and additional features to
inculcate the latest technologies like AI/ML and advanced data analytics to streamline the
IT processes with improved strategic data analysis capabilities and other aspects.

2.1 IDBI INTECH Ltd. Offering on FINnet 2.0 Reporting

The FINnet 2.0 reporting generating System developed by IDBI Intech Ltd. is an
application that gives the users unique features starting from creating the request at front-
end and generating the data from system without any manual intervention as per the FIU
India Regulatory guidelines of reporting

2.2 Finnet 2.0 Reporting System - Features


 Integration of core master solution Data in FINnet 2.0 reporting System.
 Creating the data mapping as per the formats provided by FIU for preparing the
data and generating the CSV/JSON files.

 Regulatory Reports covered are – STR, CTR and CCR.


 Finnet2.0 reporting system as an option to create a request from the application
itself and preparing the data from the masters which are created during the course
of mapping.
 The said data is made available to view and edit to the user where mandatory data is
not available and an option to correct the same which is generated for reporting.
 Once the data generated in the system is finalized, The background engines will
generate the CSV files as per the formats provided by FIU India.
 Once files are successfully created it will be made available in downloads option
for the downloading.
 The MIS for each regulatory report are made available in the system for the
analysis.
