Emcee: Live here at the Bohol Northern Star College Audiovisual Hall…on this 5 th day of
October, 2022 celebrating the Teacher’s Day and Employees Get-together Party
with the theme: “Building relationships for a better BNSC.”
Now, let us pledge allegiance to our country and show our deference by standing
as we sing the Philippine National Anthem, Bohol Hymn, and BNSC Hymn.
(Singing of the Philippine National Anthem, and the Opening Prayer)

Emcee: Please be seated.

(For a sudden icebreaker) To awaken our dormant and idling selves, why don’t we call Mr.
______ for an icebreaker? Requesting everybody to stand and participate.
We are here to witness one of the highlights of the Teacher’s Day and Employees
Get-together Party celebration. To start with, I just want to greet the people who are
gracing with us in this affair. To our distinguished and highly esteemed members of the
academic community led by our brilliant School President, Dr. Leonarda D. Loayon, the
epitome of an empowered school administrator, our HRMDO Director, Dr. Rowell
Olaivar , the deans of the different colleges, colleagues, ladies and gents, a pleasant, and
joyous morning!
As asserted by Ralph Nader, “A leader has the vision and conviction that a dream
can be achieved. He inspires the power and energy to get it done.” With this, may I call
School President of the Bohol Northern Star College, Dr. Leonarda Loayon for her
welcome remarks.

Emcee: Thank you, Ma’am for a quite overwhelming words of welcome.

This time, let us put our hands together and shout our HURRAHS!! As we
welcome the teachers and employees of the Bohol Northern Star College from the
different departments in their red carpet walk.
Emcee: Starting with
(alternately call out the teachers and employees in BNSC)

Emcee: Thank you everyone. You may now take your seat.
“Leaders are like eagles; they don’t fly with the flock: they explore new heights
and challenge themselves and others, to soar beyond the norm.” This is how we describe
the school’s Human Resource Management and Development Director, Dr. Rowell
Olaivar for the statement of purpose and the reading of contest guidelines.
Emcee: Thank you, sir.
A teacher, they say, can be many things. A multitasker, a mathematician, a
linguist, a psychologist, a doctor, or even a judge, but never a multitalented person. This
celebration will allow us to uncover the BNSC teachers' hidden talents, especially in
singing and dancing. But the question is, should they be brought to light? or kept hidden?
Now, are you all excited? What about the contestants from each department?
Nakapratice ba, mga ma’am and sir? Well, I hope you had. After all, we don’t want to
disappoint anyone, do we? Anyway, this is our day, teachers, let’s loosen up a little and
try to put all the stress aside. Enjoy the day while it lasts.
At this moment, we will start the first competition, the Vocal Solo Contest.
Contestants, I hope you had your song pieces tested already, to avoid any technical
delays. Here is the sequence of the vocal solo performances by department.
First to present…

Emcee: Alright! That’s it for this morning’s activity. There are more activities to unfold
and talents to uncover for later.
This time, to replenish all glucose that has been lost for this morning’s session, let
us indulge ourselves with a hearty lunch to restore our vigor for our afternoon session this
1 o’clock. Bon a petit everyone! Keep safe and be back at 1PM. Thank you.

PART II:
Emcee: Good afternoon, everyone and we are back on today’s celebration, the Teachers
Day and Employees’ Get-together Party!
We hope you had your fill of a nice lunch, had a quick chat with your workmates,
and pampered yourselves with a 10-minute power nap. Given those indulgences, let us be
all ears for this afternoon’s Vocal Duet Contest. The same sequence will be followed
during this competition.
Starting off with…
Emcee: Thank you our dear duets for feeding us such sweet-sounding pieces.
Dance is one of the most sacred art forms, I believe. It goes much beyond just
shaking your hands and legs. Dance is a way to express your emotions and feelings
without having to speak anything. In fact, in ancient times, dancers were considered to be
the messengers of God as through dance, we can express various emotions and narrate
history or a story in an impactful manner. Music helps give life to this art form and is an
indispensable part of the dance. Many dancers believe that “music is an extension of their
personality and bears a direct connection to their souls. The music opens up endless
possibilities and helps the dancers bring out the best.
So get ready for all the delight and excitement. Save your excitement, everyone,
because today you are going to eye on some amazing sights and great dance
performances. So without any further ado, let us gear up for an outstanding beginning of
the function.
Starting off, our first presenter, from the College of …

Emcee: Okay! Thank you so much dancers, for giving us the opportunity to take a
glimpse of your remarkable, hidden talents.
I believe everyone’s excited to know who will triumphantly bring home the bacon
among the three (3) competitions. What do you think, Sir?
Emcee: Honestly, I’ve got no idea who’ll win in these competitions. So, the big reveal is
here in a few moments.
But before that, we would like to request our ___________ for her closing
remarks.
Emcee: Let us all give her a warm round of applause.
Emcee: Thank you very much Ma’am. That was truly a message to ponder on.

Emcee: And, we have finally come to the moment we’ve all been waiting for...

awards will be given: Second Runner Up, First Runner Up, and the Champion.
Once called, please proceed on stage to receive the award. Stay on the left side
until the Champion is announced. After the three names of teams have been called, a
