DEDICATION
Full respect and gratitude are highly raised and extended to the people
who have become stepping stones and pillars for the researchers to make this
research progressive and even possible.
For the challenges and trials that were succeeded by our team, I am
humbly proud to thank the presence of and share this output with our adviser,
Engr. Jose R. Francisco, PME, CEM; thesis moderator, Engr. Lester Vincent C.
Villanueva, ME; thesis editor, Mr. Gil Mallen Jr.; and to our panelists, Engr.
Katarungan B. Depano, PME, MBA and Engr. Raymond S. Abesamis, ME. Along
with the guidance and inspiring words from some of our professors before: Engr.
Reynaldo P. Bagro, ME; Engr. Sandra Abancio, ME; Engr. Alexander Montero, EE;
Engr. Frederizo, CE; and Engr. Edsel G. Anyayahan, PME, this will be dedicated to
the success of Letran Red Dragons.
This case study will be pledged to Mayo Holdings, Inc. who let us see their
willingness to accept our ideas towards the long-term improvement of the
company.
To my beloved girl, Heejo Lim, who had always cheered me up for the
accomplishment of this thesis, this is it!
I also would like to dedicate this effort and gratitude to my mother,
Corazon M. Bastian, and older sibling, Mary Jheane M. Bastian. Also, to my
beloved father, Bienvenido M. Bastian Jr., who have always inspired me to keep
on moving forward until his last breath on August 3, 2018.

My sincerest thanks to Almighty God, for the provision of knowledge and

ability to surpass the challenges he has given us, that made me even stronger, and
for the wisdom bestowed onto us to finish this case study. Most of all, I thank Him
for his words that keep reminding me: “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and
he will establish your plans” (Proverbs 16:3);

never fading advices and guidance that serve as an inspiration for me to
