    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    That I, MINERVA JEANETTE DS. BAUTISTA, of legal age, Filipino, married, with
    residence and postal address at 936 Daffodil St., Paramount Crest Subdivision, Calumpang,
    Marikina, do hereby APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE, ISABELA MARIE F. YU, Filipino,
    single, with residence and postal address at 936 Daffodil St., Paramount Crest Subdivision,
    Cupang, Marikina, as my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT to act for and in my name and
    stead, and to perform the following acts:

    1. To open, establish, and maintain a savings account with United Coconut Planters Bank
    (UCPB) – Masinag Branch (the Bank) under the name of “MINERVA JEANETTE
    DS. BAUTISTA”;
    2. To apply for and enroll in electronic banking channels with the Bank in relation to the
    above-stated bank account;
    3. To enter into the specified arrangements with the Bank under such terms and conditions
    as may be necessary and to sign, execute and deliver any and all documents, contracts,
    agreements, drafts, payment order application, withdrawal slips, stop payment orders,
    bank certification application requests and for all transactions relative and incidental to
    the acts specified above, with my written confirmation;
    4. To do and perform any and all acts necessary for the accomplishment of the foregoing
    purposes.
    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority
    to do and perform all acts and thing whatsoever necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
    fully to all intent and purposes as we might or could do if personally present hereby ratifying and
    confirming all previous transaction of all kinds and all that my said Attorney-in-Fact, his/her
    delegates or substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hands this 9th day of August 2022, in
