    BG101-S20P4A OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

    I Preparation Before Self-Study

    VI Common Malfunctions and Solutions
    1. Self-study failure, reporting “07” malfunction.
    Cause analysis:
    Motor wire and encoder wire are not connected properly.
    Solution:
    Check whether the connection sequence of motor wire and encoder wire is correct.
    Slightly move the door, meanwhile set P01.14=21 to restore the factory default parameter, and restart the self-study.
    If the above check is correct, but still report “07” malfunction, please replace motor and controller alternately by obviation method to
    judge it is the problem of motor or controller.

    Malfunction code “07” Check whether the connection sequence Pull the door by hand to slightly move the door position,

    2. No Door-Open or Door-Close
    Cause analysis:
    The controller doesn’t receive the instruction of door-open or door-close.
    Solution:
    1. Check whether P01.00 is equal to “0”.
    2. Check whether the input signal of controller is received effectively by short-circuit method: if door-open or door-close can be operated, it
    can be proved that the controller can receive signals. At this point, please check whether there is door-open and door-close signal output
    in elevator main board, or whether the circuit between elevator mainboard and door inverter is in virtual connection. (short-circuit
    method is shown in the following figure)

    COM1 and IN1 are short-circuit, at this point, it should be in COM1 and IN2 are short-circuit, at this point, it should be in the
