 A business plan serves as a guide for how you'll run your company. It gives a step-by
step guidance for starting a new business or expanding an existing one. It will guide
you in every decision you make in the future. A business plan shows who are youre
target customers and etc.

I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This business plan comprises the company description, company goals and
objectives, marketing plan, operational plan, management and organization, and the
financial plan of a new Kelly’s Milktea. The target customers for this business will be Asians
who live around the area and the tourist. Asians and tourists are addicts of this beverage
and hence, a suitable target market—youthful population like social media and having fun,
which includes taking tea. Huntington’s people have disposable income that they can spend
on tea and snacks, so the market is viable.

II. BUSINESS/INDUSTRY OVERVIEW

 Company Profile
The name of the bubble tea shop will be Kelly’s Milktea. This is a new business that
will provide bubble tea as the core product and other foods such as fries, burger, sweet and
treats. The youth market in this city is high, so certain types of business trends that attract
the youths can grow. Teenagers and people under the age of 40 are more engaged with
social media, and they are quickly catching up with popular trends in eating foods from
different cultures in the world.

customers to have the total experience when visiting our premises.

Kelly’s Milktea is a service industry company that will offer hospitality services and
will satisfy the customers cravings. We offer fresh and high-quality products for our
customers.

Our shop is growth industry because we will offer here different things to eat or
drink such as fries, burger, cakes and etc.

Strengths:
1) Give quality tea at the lowest price possible.

Form of Ownership:
This industry is Partnership based industry. The primary reason of choosing
partnership shape is in partnership there could be smooth setup, the investment could be
divided amongst all partners infect the loss will endure by all partners and there could be
smooth end.

Kelly’s business markets fast foods to consumers. Such foods are fresh, of the best
quality and of the best taste. Emphasis is given to the process of making the foods with the

III. MARKET PLAN

 Integrated Marketing Mix.


The beverage industry is famous all over the world. For that reason, tea selling is a hot
business opportunity where most people in this are milk tea addicts. The business targets
the tourist and the people living in the community, who are 20% of the total residents and
the young folk who enjoy a lifestyle of drinks and fun. The industry has a few competitors
who have different strategies for operating. However, these competitors are not enough to
serve the whole population, and they are not distributed all over.

The company ensure low cost as possible.

For the company will have promotional events and offers thus
attracting new customers.

There is current demand for fast Milk tea shop in the country thus making the
business profitable. The market is less competitive with the current market situations and
economic functions promoting better economic performance. The new business is

customers need.

 Management:
We all partners will give some time on daily basis to our new starting business
Hyung’s Fast Food. To start a new business the persons, have an experience on customer
dealing, Marketing terminologies and must have some goals and objectives to achieve. We
have total 5 partners if any of our partner is unavailable so we remaining partner will
catch-up.

This will be supported through research work and studying consumer

Ensuring there are proper business practices while providing the best

technology, customers and regulation to realize the business goals.

IX. FINANCIAL PLAN

The investment will be profitable. The needed amount of investment is roughly 1


million pesos within the first year, it is estimated that the business will realize a profit of
5,000,000. Pesos. This is in connection with the level of sales-expenses incurred at the
business.
