    Dear Pastor Flores,

    Greetings!

    For the last two years under the ongoing pandemic, San Pablo City Proper SDA Church has not been
    able to have social gatherings and recreational activities as they have been prohibited by the
    government as to give adherence to the set health protocols. But recently, gatherings such as this
    have been permitted due to the decrease of the reported cases.

    With this, San Pablo City Proper SDA Church through its Family Ministries Department as approved
    by the Church Board and the church body as a whole, has decided to have a 1-day Family Get-
    together on January 2, 2022 from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

    On behalf of the Family Ministries Department, I am asking your office to allow us to use the SCLC
    Pavilion as our venue for the aforementioned activity.

    We are hoping for your support to this activity by granting our request.

    Thank you very much and may God bless you more as you faithfully execute your duties and
    responsibilities.
