Annexure B Office of Registrar Cooperative Societies, GoMP wants to purchase 65”or above Smart LED TV for their conference Room at Ground Floor, Vindhyachal Bhawan, Bhopal. The financial bid should be in format as per Annexure A. The financial bid of technically qualified bidder will be opened and L1 will be decided on lowest financial quote by bidder with GST for 65Yor above Smart LED TV. ‘Your bid should be in sealed envelope to this office on or before 15:00 Hours, 23/03/2022 Late bid is considered as non-responsive. Brochures/ website literature of the quoted model must be attached. ‘Vendor must sign and write page no. on all the papers. Price should be inclusive of all freight, forwarding and installation charges. ‘The successful bidder has to supply, install, commissioning and maintain the supplied product and demonstrate it to department user. Warranty: 1 year Comprehensive onsite warranty Price validity should be of 30 days. Delivery: 10 days from the date of issue of Purchase Order. Payment will be made after successful delivery and installation of product at office premises and providing demonstration of product. Penalty will be deducted of Rs. 500 per day in case of late delivery. Payment: Payment will be made on or before 15 days from the date of invoice submitted. During warranty period, if the complaint is raised by department, bidder has to resolve the issue within 48hrs from the date of complaint raised. Department reserves the right to change any bid condition or quantity of any item even after Inviting/opening the bids with/without prior notification. Department reserves the right to cancel any or all of the bids without assigning any reasons. All correction/addition/detetion shall require authorized countersign. Bidder shall remain present at the time of bid opening as per the schedule decided by Department.
