    DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO APPEAR TELEPHONICALLY OR VIA VIDEO


    CONFERENCE

    Comes now Defendant, (hereinafter “Defendant”), Pro Se, and requests permission from
    the Court to appear telephonically or via video conference for a Hearing on the Defendant’s
    Motion for Ex Parte Restraining Order Against the Plaintiffs In Relation to the Sale of the
    Property on _________ because the Defendant is currently residing in Compton, California
    and is therefore unable to appear in person on the specified hearing date. In support of this
    motion, the defendant states as follows:
    1. The parties’ hearing has not been set yet, but will be soon.

    2. Defendant will be accessible via telephone or videoconference on Tuesday,

    January 11th at the time the Court advises.

    Wherefore, the defendant respectfully requests:

    1. That defendant is permitted to appear telephonically or via video conference on

    the upcoming hearing on

    2. That this Court grant any such other relief this Court deems just, equitable
