    - Above Prices are DDP, excluding VAT. As per the new KSA government amended law, 15% VAT will

    - Prices are valid for total quantity. If any changes/variation in quantity or proposed models, prices
    shall be reconfirmed.
    - Any additional engineering works will be chargeable with additional charges.
    - Technical submission will be released only upon receipt of LOI & price agreement.

    Ventilation fans - Delivery Period:
    - 18 weeks from the date of receipt of P.O, final consultant approval and agreed payment terms.
    Order will be released to manufacturing only after payment approval.
    - Due to the international & global circumstances, the delivery time and freight charges may vary at
    the time of order.

    Air curtain - Delivery Period:


    - From stock. Order will be released to manufacturing only after payment approval.

    CC) Payment Terms:
    - 50% Down Payment & 50% Before Shipping.
    DD) Validity:
    - 15 Days from date of quotation. Subject to Saudi Local Law.

    EE) Changes/ Cancellation in the Order:


    - Any changes after the PO placement to the factory will be subject to cancellation fees.
    - Standard JGB Sales Conditions & Code of ethics apply on all quotations.
