both administrative and academic staff including hiring, scheduling,

performance, different seminars and conferences on behalf of the school
and managing yearly budget.

13. PARTICIPATION IN
COMMUNITY SERVICES:

 Worked for the underprivileged, destitute, beggars, PwDs during the


COVID -19 outbreaks. Organizing campaigning to highlight the least
safety measures to be taken and making them aware regarding
community transmission of COVID-19. Donating more than five
thousand masks to the people covering around 10 blocks of Keonjhar and
Mayurbhanj district.
 Distributed soaps, hand wash, dry packetized food, and organic
vegetables around 500 families.
 Volunteered in getting 10 patients, requiring emergency medical attention
admitted in SCB Medical College during lockdown due to COVID-19.
 Got 2 patients with acute severe joint pain treated at Shree Naturopath
Hospital during lockdown.
 Collected old clothes, dry food and money, distributed among the people
and sent to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund respectively.
 Volunteered for the people of Anandapur Subdivision during the super
cyclone in 1999. Rescued about 35 cyclone hit persons, distributed dry
food and rehabilitated around 100 families to the safe place as a proud
member of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangha (RSS).
 Took initiation to establish brotherhood in Bhadrak after the riots
between Hindu & Muslim in 1991.
 Conducted more than 20 plantation drives were conducted after the
cyclone –Fani across Odisha and was appreciated for the same by the
honourable Chief Minister of Odisha and 2-3 times by the state forest
officials.
 Organized 10-12 health check up camps in and around Keonjhar district
with SAKSHAM & Rotary International.
 Organized Dental check up camps in association with Rotary
International.
 Coordinate special events and festivals to build awareness among the
community.
 Help construct homes for impoverish families of the villages adopted by
the organization.
 Assist in different donation drives, initiated by Rotary International &
other charitable organizations.
 Campaign for the usefulness of morning walk and patronize Walkers’
Club.

14. PROMOTER-SATYA FOUNDATION:


 Concept planning and promotion of SATYA Foundation & SISHYA +at
Dhenkikote, Keonjhar without any grant. The trust is being led by Smt.
Kiranbala Sahoo, Managing Trustee & Mr. Dillip Kumar Sahoo,
Chairman. The trust is totally working in education and health sectors in
purely underprivileged areas, especially Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj and Jajpur
districts of Odisha.

the rural belts.

16. FAMILY REFLECTIONS:


 Born in the Sahoos, a family renowned for social services in the area of
Jajpur to Dr. Kamapala Sahoo, a dynamic personality, a popular name
in the tract of social services did not join to govt. jobs for his craze to do
something for the society. He has been associated to Rashtriya
Swayamsevak Sangha (RSS) for a long period of time and also Saha
Sanghachalak, RSS, Balasore Zone. Am the nephew of Late Mr. Kailash
Chandra Sahoo who started his career as a science teacher at Dhenkikote
in Keonjhar district. A great teacher and philosopher, Mr. Kailash
Chandra Sahoo nurtured and motivated unnumbered students in his
vivid teaching career and many are placed across the globe. Younger
brother of Mr. Saroja Kumar Sahoo, young and energetic, an ideal for
many youths. Mr. Saroja Kumar Sahoo, a physically challenged person
working in educational and health sectors across Odisha.
