Sum Function
OUTPUT:

Explanation:
This Sum function is available in excel sheet where
candidate use this function to take out the addition of the
data of the following cell using single formula.
Formula
=SUM(name of Cell : Name of another cell)
For eg: =SUM(C3:G3) as shown in above picture.

Average Function
OUTPUT:

EXPLANATION:
This Average function is available in excel sheet where
candidate use this function to take out the average of the
data of the following cell using single formula.
Formula
=AVERAGE(addition value of the cell/total value of the
whole data*100)
For eg: =AVERAGE(H3/500*100) as shown in the above
picture.

IF Function
OUTPUT:

EXPLANATION:
This IF function is available in excel sheet where candidate
use this function to create logical comparison between a
value and what the candidate expects of the data of the
following cell using single formula.
Formula
=IF(name of cell 1 < or > name of cell 2)
For eg: =IF(C4<D4,TRUE,FALSE) as shown in above picture.

Count Function
OUTPUT:

EXPLANATION:
This COUNT function is available in excel sheet where
candidate use this function to count the number of cell
that contain number of the data using single formula.
Formula
=COUNT(value1,[value2],…)
For eg: =COUNT(C3:C32)as shown in the above picture.

COUNTA Function
OUTPUT:
EXPLANATION:
This COUNTA function is available in excel sheet where
candidate use this function to count the number of cell
that contain any type of the information including error
values using single formula.
Formula
=COUNTA(name of cell1 : name of cell 2)
For eg: =COUNTA(B3:C32)as shown in above picture.

Trim Function
OUTPUT:
EXPLANATION:
This TRIM function is available in excel sheet where
candidate use this function to remove all spaces from the
text except for single space between words using single
formula.
Formula
=TRIM(name of cell contain text)
For eg: =TRIM(B3) as shown in above picture.

MAX Function
OUTPUT:
EXPLANATION:
This MAX function is available in excel sheet where
candidate use this function to find out the largest value in
a set of value using single formula.
Formula
= MAX(number1,[number2],…)
For eg: =MAX(C3:G32) as shown in above picture.

MIN Function
OUTPUT:
EXPLANATION:
This MIN function is available in excel sheet where
candidate use this function to find out the smallest value
in a set of value using single formula.
Formula
=MIN(number1,[number2],…)
For eg: =MIN(C3:G32) as shown in above picture.

Sorting
OUTPUT:
EXPLANATION:
This SORTING command is used by candidate where he can
rearrange data to find values quickly.
For eg: Here in the above picture I have done sorting that I
arrange from lowest to highest or we can say
alphabetically from A To Z in the column of names.

LINE chart
OUTPUT:
EXPLANATION:
This LINE chart is uses as a graphical representation of
worksheet where it can be easy to understand the whole
data in a single graph through analysis techniques.
For eg: Here in the above picture line chart shows the data
of 10 students where each student score in different
exams in which manner or to know which subject is the
strongest one for the students.

Bar graph
OUTPUT:
EXPLANATION:
This BAR graph is uses as a graphical representation of
worksheet where it can be easy to understand the whole
data in a single graph through analysis techniques.
For eg: Here in the above picture line bar graph shows the
data of 10 students where each student score in different
exams in which manner or to know which subject is the
strongest one for the students.

Pir chart
OUTPUT:
EXPLANATION:
This PIE chart is uses as a graphical representation of
worksheet where it can be easy to understand the whole
data in a single graph through analysis techniques.
For eg: Here in the above picture pie chart shows the data
of 1 students where each student score in different exams
in which manner or to know which subject is the strongest
one for the students.
