Magickal Shaman LightWorker Program

The Magickal Shaman LightWorker Program teaches the essence of

Shamanism in three levels:
Level 1: Initiate—which explains the basics of what it means to practice
Shamanism. The Level 1 attunement connects you to the energies of
Mother Earth and to the energies of Spirit in a way that will help you grow
and learn to expand your horizons. The Manual for Level 1 covers how to
take a spirit journey, looking within to discover who you truly are, and what
your path may be, rights of passage, magickal names, and more.

Level 2: Intermediate—strengthens your connection to Mother Earth and to

Spirit and offers a shield of protection as it helps you identify and clear
negativity and unwanted energies which brings in great healing. The
Manual for Level 2 covers attachements, soul retrieval, reclaiming your
power, more.

Level 3: Master—the Master Level allows you to pass the attunements on to

others, and continues strengthening your bond with Mother Earth and
Spirit. It also opens your third eye-- 6th chakra, and crown—7th chakra, so
that your psychic abilities are enhanced through connecting to your
psychic self. There is also a strengthening of the 2nd chakra which is the
seat of physical instincts. The Level 3 Master Manual covers meditation,
healing, herbs and stones, visions, imprinting, enhancing intuition and
instincts, Nature magick, living in harmony, and more!

While you could learn Shamanism and grow without any attunements and
none are needed to connect to Spirit, The Magickal Shaman LightWorker
Program attunements clears the path and speeds ascension for those
willing to work with the energies. The more you use the energies, the
stronger they become and easier it is to connect and use the energies. By
the time you complete the Master level, you will understand the energies of
Shamanism and have mastered the essence of Magickal Shaman
LightWorker Program.

Level 1: Initiate

Introduction to Shamanism

Shamanism is a state of mind that comes about by connecting to your

Creative Source, Spirit, or God (or whatever name you choose to call your
Great Spirit) and to Nature or Mother Earth. There are many Shamans all
over the world living in jungles, on mountain tops, deserts, etc. who suffer
great hardships to achieve spiritual ascension. But in today’s world, you do
not have to experience living isolated in remote places to master
Shamanism. The one thing all Shamans of every culture will tell you is that
3

you must connect to your Higher Source in order to become “one”.

Shamans embrace “oneness”—being connected to all that is, ever will be,
and ever has been. There is no such thing as time and space. Everything is
connected and all is “one”. This means we are all a part of the Creative
Source, we are all the same, we are Spirit! We have the ability to create all
that we want in this life, but to do that, you must be “plugged in” to who
you truly are and what you truly want—you must be “plugged in” to the
energies that manifests and creates all that exists—the Creative Source.

Creation is constantly happening. It never stops, it never ends, though it

may move at different speeds of vibration, and it can branch off into
various linear patterns. By this, I mean that every time you make a
decision, you set something in motion. In our linear way of thinking, it
forms a branch of a linear time line. Some call this fate, or destiny. Fate or
destiny is simply making a choice that sets something in motion that will
lead to certain results. It is the Law of cause and effect in action.

Shamans from all cultures, seek to become “One” with the Creative Source
or Spirit. This is what allows them to have great wisdom, and
understanding. They look beyond the physical realm, using their strong
connection to Spirit to guide them through other dimensions, otherworlds,
other time lines, and other places. The physical body has limitations that
the soul or spirit do not have. By becoming “One” with all that is, ever has
been, or ever will be, Shamans are able to experience, learn, and grow
without physical limitations. Everything is energy. By shifting your
awareness to limitless being, the layers of false limitations disappear, and
you are able to know the truth, to see, hear, smell, feel, taste, and
experience all that is. There is no such thing as time and space. These are
just labels we have created in order to try to make sense of things in the
physical realm—because in the physical realm, we need limitations to set
boundaries so we can talk about, and make some sort of sense of this
physical life. The Shaman goes beyond these false limitations to
experience more than most people. To the Shaman, there are no
limitations—anything is possible. The Shaman understands that we create
our own limitations, through fear and doubt.
Life is a gift. Life is pure potential. It is your chance to participate in
creation—every choice (and there is always a choice) is pure potential, an
opportunity to grow and learn. Every decision sets in motion one pure
potential opportunity to grow and learn by focusing your attention on that
one decision, which in turn, eliminates the others from your perspective.
Therefore, you, and you alone, are responsible for the decisions you make
and the choices that you decide to manifest or set in motion. There is no
one else to blame. Everything is a reflection of you. Each decision you
make sets a certain chain of events in motion and the Universe reflects
back to you who you are in the form of results. It is the law of cause and
effect. There really are no right or wrong decisions—there is only one
4

experience or another experience, depending on which one you decide,

which choice you decide to focus your attention on, which time line you set
in motion (if you want to look at it in linear fashion).

Shaman Spirit Journey for Self Discovery

Shaman Spirit Journeys are meditations in which you go deep within to

discover and face the hidden side of yourself. These involve visualization
that always leads downward into a hole in the ground or cave, somewhere
dark with light at the end of a passage or tunnel. These Spirit Journeys
encourage you to face your fears and doubts, to see the darker side of
yourself, and to make transitions and changes necessary to improve your
life. Only when you know your weaknesses, do you know your strengths.
Only when you can look fully at yourself in both darkness and light, can
you understand that your fears cannot harm you unless you allow them to
by giving away your power. When you know your weaknesses, you are able
to discover how to use both your strengths and your weaknesses to your
advantage, and ways to overcome these weaknesses by not fearing them. If
you fear them, they will cause doubts and you will not be able to move
forward. Fear and doubt rob you of your power, and prevent you from
continuing toward success in any area of your life. But fear and doubt
cannot take your power away—they can only feed on it and grow if you
give it to them freely. When you fear something, you give it your power—
you give it power over you. This allows fear to feed off of your energies and
grow, causing doubts and chaos.

You can use Shaman Spirit Journeys to meet your nature guides, angels,
animal guides (even dragons, unicorns, and etc.). You can also use
Shaman Spirit Journeys to discover who you are, what your path is, and to
release fears and doubts.

Guided Shaman Spirit Journey Meditation

You are walking along a path that is well worn on a beautiful sunny day.
The air is crisp and cool and the smell of soft flowers and evergreens
mingle in the breeze. As you walk along, you are enjoying the day, the birds
are singing and you feel happy. You come to a fork in the road where one
path leads off of the trail and you decide to follow it. As you go along this
narrow path, you notice grass and bushes have grown up wildly along the
sides of the path. A small raccoon peeks out from a large pine tree to watch
you pass by. You notice a river off to the right of you, and now you can
hear the rushing water as it flows over rocks. A large fish jumps and
splashes some of the water on you and it feels refreshing. You keep
following this path, but now it is getting harder to stay on the path, because
it has grown over somewhat and there are only a few places where the
actual path shows through the lush greenery. You come to the end of the
5

path and see a large deer standing in front of a mountain cliff. Your eyes
meet the gaze of the deer who stands as if frozen for a moment and then
the deer darts away. You walk up to the cliff and discover it is smooth in
one area. An ancient oak stands just in front of the smooth area on the side
of the mountain cliff. You walk over and hear an owl hoot at you and fly
away. As you look closer at the smooth area of the mountain cliff, you
notice some engraving on it. It is barely visible and you reach out to touch
it, running your fingers over it. As you do this the smooth stone slides to
the right and opens a doorway. You peek inside, and then cautiously enter.
The doorway closes behind you. You are not afraid. It feels exciting here,
and you are curious about what is ahead. You walk further into the cavern
and see that there are lighted torches ahead to guide your path. You are
filled with excitement and joy! You continue walking deeper into the
cavern and notice the walls are sparkling in the flicker of the torchlight. The
walls are made of crystals! They glow at you in sparkling colors as you
follow the path deeper. You feel you are descending deeper into the Earth
and then suddenly the floor levels off and you can see sunlight streaming
into the cavern ahead. You move quicker now, and as you reach the
opening you step out on a cliff and see beauty everywhere. The sight is
breathtaking, so lush and green, flowers bloom in all colors and seem to
open right before your eyes. A hawk flies overhead and off into the
distance as if beckoning you to follow. You look around and notice a stone
staircase that winds down the side of the mountain cliff. You walk down the
steps and see a peaceful lake. It is so serene here. You walk through the
tall grass and flowers over to the side of the lake. The water just seems to
ripple slowly along. You see a large flat stone and walk over to it. You sit
down and lean over to look into the lake. The water is clear and clean, and
as you gaze into it, the water becomes smooth as glass. You touch it with
your fingers and a small ripple moves across the water. Then you notice
something, deeper—something within the water. You lean over further and
look deep into the water. A vision appears. It is a glimpse of who you really
are, your true self, reflecting back at you. The image is so clear, and you
are not afraid. You know who you are deep within, you recognize yourself
and can see your strengths and weaknesses. Then there is a ripple in the
water and the image changes—to a clear image of yourself doing the work
you came to do in this lifetime. It is a clarity you have never known before
and you know you will not forget what you have seen. The vision fades and
the water begins to move, splashing over the stones in the water. You sit
for a moment, taking in all the beauty and peace of this place. Then you
stand up and walk back to the stone staircase. A raven flies above you and
lands on the ledge of the cliff at the opening of the cavern. It calls to you.
And you climb the staircase toward it. Just as you reach the mouth of the
cavern, the raven takes flight and with one last call to you “remember!” it
squawks, the raven disappears. You look back at the beauty of this
mystical place, and then turn to enter the cavern. You walk along, looking
at the crystals on the wall, sparkling in the light of the torches. One crystal
6

shines brighter than all the rest, and as you touch it with your fingers, it
falls lightly into your hand. This is your special crystal and you will
remember the color and type of crystal it is. Ethereally it is yours, and it
has special power and meaning to you alone. You continue to travel back
the way you came, following the torches on the wall until you reach the
entrance. It is closed and you lay your hand on the smooth stone wall. It
slides open and you step out, back onto your path. You turn and glance
back into the cavern and say “Thank you for this wisdom.” The crystal you
were given will stay with you etherically—it is yours to use for healing and
guidance. Think of it when you need its energies. Should you get a crystal
of the same type in the physical realm, your ethereal crystal spiritual gift
will strengthen its energies when you use it for the highest good. You are
so happy and you feel such gratitude. You feel as though you have learned
and now know your true self better. It is a sense of enlightenment. You
walk back along the path until you see the fork in the path, which leads to
the well worn path. You follow it back to its beginning.

Looking Within

As you begin the path to Shamanism, you will be looking within and
discovering who you truly are. We all present an image to others around us
and often what most people see about us is the mask we wear. Most of us
keep our true self hidden deep below the surface. We are often afraid to let
our feelings show, to express our uniqueness or individuality because we
fear not being accepted or loved. We are afraid of rejection and of being
emotionally hurt, so as a means of protecting ourselves from being
vulnerable, we create a mask in the form of a wall around us. This keeps
others at a distance. But what we don’t realize is that this wall or mask we
build to hide our vulnerability from others, also begins to shut parts of
ourselves away and leads to us no longer recognize who we are. We begin
to deny certain aspects of ourselves, and we hide from ourselves the true
beauty and light we carry within that makes us who we are. These false
perceptions of ourselves become our conscious view of who we are. When
this happens, we lose touch with not only our true identity, but we also
become disconnected from Spirit because we are not being honest with
ourselves.
Our perceptions of who we are, and how we see ourselves strongly
influences the decisions we make. This is why so often, we go along with
what other people think we should do, rather than listening to the little
voice within that knows the truth. It is also at the root of why we worry
about what other people think of us. The truth is that we can never be
happy doing what other people think we should do if it is not in harmony
with our true self. Just going along with what others want us to do or think
is best for us, always leaves a void deep within because we are not
following our guidance from within.
7

That small voice of guidance that comes from your core being is located in
the 2nd chakra. This is your core, your center. Your heart rules emotions,
and your head rules logic. The ego is located in the solar plexus. If you
allow your emotions to rule you, as many people do, you will not be in
harmony with your true self. When emotions are in charge of your well
being you will do things without thinking about them, you will have
emotional outbursts, and often be irrational. When your logic is in charge
of your well being, you will over analyze, often be confused, and have a
hard time making decisions, and doubt yourself. If your ego rules your well
being, you will be arrogant, often selfish, live with fear, and often be a
perfectionist. But when you allow your true self to guide you, you will be
connected to your core, you will be centered, and you will discover that
true happiness comes from living in harmony with who you truly are. That
does not always mean it is the easiest way to live, because there will be
times when being true to who you really are will be uncomfortable,
especially at first. It means that you must sometimes do things that others
may not approve of, or that doesn’t go along with the group of people you
consider to be friends. But if you do this, and listen to your core or center
which houses your true self, you will soon feel a sense of freedom that lifts
a huge weight off your shoulders. Only you know what will make you happy
and what is truly best for you. You are responsible for your own happiness,
and only yours. You cannot make other people happy, no matter what you
do. They will continue to do what they do no matter how much of yourself
or your power you give to them, and they are the only ones who can make
themselves happy. But you are responsible for freeing yourself of the guilt,
fear, and doubts that hold you back and creates disharmony and chaos
within your own being. You have a responsibility to live up to your full
potential and you can only do this if you listen to your true self, and follow
your inner guidance. When you are true to yourself, your head, your heart,
and your ego will all align in harmony. We are all a part of the Creative
Source, and your gift is your ability to express and co-create in this
physical life. By expressing your own individuality, allowing your true self
to come forth, you will free yourself to live up to your full potential and this
is what brings harmony, peace within, and happiness.

Discovering Your True Self

To discover your true self, you must begin to pay attention to every
decision you make, both small and large. When someone asks something
of you, even choosing which movie to watch, or whatever it may be, pay
attention to your gut reaction—the first thing you feel in your body about it.
Before you speak and give your decision, feel that first feeling about it.
Does your stomach, shoulders, or some other area in your body tighten
up? Do you feel a tightness in your throat? Or do you feel a sense of
excitement and willingness to do whatever someone asks of you? Do you
feel a sense of obligation, or hesitation? Or are you ready to spring to
action fill the request? Do you go along with it out of feeling guilt, even if
8

you don’t want to? Do you feel afraid not to do what is requested of you?
Because if you are paying attention and start doing what makes you happy,
what you truly want to do, while it may feel a bit awkward or uncomfortable
at first, it will become easier with practice, and you will feel a sense of
relief, a sense of joy. You will begin to understand that you have been
denying who you are by just going along with what other people want. This
is because you have been conditioned to just follow, to not make waves, to
keep the peace, to just go along. To discover your true self, look within and
pay attention to your gut reaction, the little voice inside you in your core or
center that tells you to be free, to express yourself as a unique individual,
even if others disagree, to be who you truly are. You cannot deny yourself
if you love yourself. You cannot have a good relationship with yourself, and
love who your truly are if you deny who you are. Love yourself and allow
yourself to be happy.

Discovering Your Path

What is it that you love to do? What is it that you do with joy whether you
get paid to do it or not? What is it that you find yourself drawn to learning
or studying? These are all clues to your life’s path. What is it that you get
so caught up in doing that you lose all tract of time? Whatever it is that you
are doing with great joy and peace of mind, will be connected to your life
path. Whenever you are doing something and you just seem to merge with
it and become it, so lost in time that you are not aware of anything else,
most likely you are engaged in doing something you came here to do—
some part of your life’s work or life’s mission.

Have you ever experienced a Déjà Vu? The phrase basically means
“already you”. A Déjà Vu is when you suddenly have a vision and feeling
and experience that you have done this exact same thing in the exact same
way before. These experiences can be a check point for you to let you
know you are on track, that you are where you are supposed to be at this
time.
There are 2 types of Déjà Vu experiences. The first one is the experience
described above. It is when you have the strong feeling that you have done
this exact same thing before in the exact same way. This is a checkpoint.
The second type is when you have the experience that you have done the
exact same thing in exactly the same way, yet the vision continues on to
reveal a short movie like play out of events that are set in motion at this
particular moment in time. This is a type of premonition. This form of Déjà
Vu will give you a few minutes to make a quick decision and change
something. My son-in-law experiences both of these types of Déjà Vu and
was able to prevent his brother from falling from a high balcony and being
killed by making a quick decision and taking the actions necessary to
prevent the fall. The movie with Nicholas Cage titled “Next” also is an
example of this type of premonition. These moments of clarity and
9

familiarity are a way for you to recognize what you are here to do, and what
you need to do to stay on track in following your path.

Looking at the big picture, take a good look at your life. How much of what
you do is habit that just feels comfortable, yet holds you back and prevents
you from following your path of personal power? What things have
happened in your life that helped you to grow, learn, and become stronger?
What events in your life, what lessons have you learned, what courses or
areas of study have led you to where you are now? What things in little
steps are all coming together to help you on your path? These are all hints
and clues to who you are and discovering your path. You must know
yourself and recognized who you are to stand fully in your power.

Rights of Passage

A Shaman knows that life is evolving, changing, growing, and that who you
are today, is a result of your past thoughts, feelings, and actions. Who you
become is decided by what you think, feel, and do now, in the present. As
you move through life, you grow and learn, which has a direct effect on the
results of tomorrow. There is a cycle to life, a rhythm, and as you change
and grow, you pass from one cycle or stage of life, into another. This has
nothing to do with age really, but more to do with evolving, growing,
learning, and changes. It is true that certain things are associated with
certain ages in life, but this is not set in stone. It has more to do with how
you think, feel, and act, than a certain number of years, because everyone
is different and grows at a different rate. Some learn and grow quickly,
some are slower to pass through different stages of their lives—choosing
instead to cling to the past, hold on to what is gone, or a fear of change.
When you move from one stage of life into a new one, change takes place.
There may be some chaos as things settle, but once the initial change has
occurred, you have passed into a new stage or phase of your life. This is
called rebirth. In order for rebirth to occur, you must let go of something,
usually some idea, person, place or etc. that was fixed in your belief
system. This letting go is the equivalent of death in Shamanism because
you are no longer who you were, but have changed and are now reborn as
a new cycle or phase of life begins. Many Shamans take a new name with
each phase of their life. They do this because the old name no longer
represents who they are now. So as changes and transformation occurs,
Shamans generally, let go of who they were, and embrace the new self.
Often there are great ceremonies of passage, especially during the passing
of childhood to adulthood. Marriage too, is seen as a rite of passage,
because as a married person, you are no longer the same as you were
before--—change has taken place—a death and rebirth, and you enter a
new phase of life. So too, is graduation from school, college, or anything
else that brings a change or transformation in your life. Divorce, a new job
or career, moving to a new home, are all new beginnings in your life.
10

Shamans who take new names as a result of change, do so to express to

others that they are no longer the same person they once were. The new
names are taken when they have a rite of passage from one stage or phase
of life to another. These are taken seriously, as a name has great meaning
and is sacred.

You may want to adapt the ceremony given here to fit your specific
occasion. The ceremony can be as elaborate as you like, with decorations,
gifts, and others you have invited, or as simple as a quiet evening where
you have a personal ceremony to acknowledge the changes and
transformation in your life. It is suggested though, that you always give
yourself a gift for your achievement.

Simple Rite of Passage Ceremony

Pick a special day or evening when you can be free of any outside worries
such as work, etc. If you want to invite friends or family do so, if you want
to do your ceremony privately between you and Spirit, then you should,
because it is just as magickal and just as special either way. I suggest
having something special to eat for your ceremony, many Shamans
celebrate with a special meal for family and friends to mark their rite of
passage. Always offer some to Spirit as a sign of respect and gratitude.
Light a candle, or build a fire in a safe place at the center of the gathering.
Make your ceremony as simple or as large as you want it to be. Often sage
or incense is used to smudge the area and cleanse it of negative energies.
You can use a smudge wand which is usually made up of sacred white
sage, or a combination of lavender, cedar, and sage. If you do not want to
use the smudge stick, incense will do.
Wave the smoke from the sage or wand so that it floats around and over
the sacred area. You can use a feather to help with moving the smoke over
yourself, others, and the sacred space to clear negative energies.
If you are doing this alone as a solitary ceremony, when you are ready gaze
into the flame of the candle or the fire and state your intent. If it is a
dedication ceremony speak of your dedication to (name it). State in your
own words what it means to you and of your gratitude.
If it is a passage of one phase of your life into another, state your intent in
your own words. Thank Spirit for the lessons and the growth you have
experienced. Acknowledge that you have moved into a new cycle or phase
of life and are reborn. If you have chosen a magickal name for this phase of
your life, state it now. Offer your services for the highest good, and show
your gratitude to Spirit with an offering.
Next, if you are doing a solitary ceremony, reward yourself with your gift
and a dedication of what it means to you. Always be thankful.
If you are doing a ceremony with family and friends present, it is time for
someone to present you with an appropriate gift that has meaning to you
and your new state of being, your new life as you begin your new cycle or
phase of life. Always be thankful for all that you have.
11

You may want to end your ceremony with food or a special treat. This is
entirely up to you. Make your Rite of Passage special in the way that has
meaning to you. It is a celebration into a new beginning and a way to mark
the end of one phase of your life, the letting go of the past, and embracing
the opportunities and joy of the future.

Magickal Names

Magickal Names represent your true self. They hold power in that you
identify with them. Many Shamans choose a new name for each new phase
of life. Some believe the name should be kept secret because if someone
else knows your name they can draw on your power and use it against you
if they are angry or upset with you. I personally have a Magickal names that
I use and everyone knows them. But I also have a special name no one else
knows that I have dedicated to Spirit. This is your own personal choice and
preference.
There is magick in a name. Names have meanings and also either positive
or negative connotations to yourself and others. Choose a name that
empowers you.

Attachments

The Shamans of all cultures understand the wisdom concerning

attachments. Attachments limit you and drain off your energies. There are 2
kinds of attachments:
1. People get form attachments to other people, places, and things. When
you do this, you are reluctant to let go when it is time to move on. This
kind of attachment is formed when you believe you own something—but
in reality it owns you. I say this, because if you become attached to your
home, you think you own it, but you really do not. Your attachment for
the home or place will not let you go even if you know it is for the best
to move. You will hold on, hesitate to take opportunities that require you
to move, or refuse to go anywhere else. This is only one example. If you
are not happy where you are, and you know there is more opportunity
somewhere else, yet you can’t let go and step out of your comfort zone
of the familiar, your attachment is holding you back. Tiny cords are
actually grown from you to the place or the home, or whatever it is
(person, place, or thing) and it keeps you linked in a way that is not for
the highest good. If you live with an abusive spouse, and you know you
must leave to end the physical abuse, yet you cling to the familiar, you
are holding on to your attachment to the person who abuses you. You
may be more comfortable with the abuse and know how to deal with it
and what to expect, and so you fear letting go and moving on. This is
another situation in which attachments of this sort are not for the
highest good. Maybe you have family somewhere, and you are feeling
the call to move to another state, but you just won’t go because you do
not want to leave your friends and family behind, even if the move is for
the best. This is an attachment that needs to be cleared and released so
that you can grow and move forward in your life.
2. The second type of attachment has to do with a negative energy or
entity that comes in unnoticed and attaches to you or your home, etc.
This type of attachment is ethereal. It is an energy being that was either
created by your own fears, and took on a life of its own, or one that was
already out there. These attachments, most often target LightWorkers.
The reason is that LightWorkers have a higher energy that glows in the
ethereal plan and these negative energy beings and entities can see and
feel it. They are drawn to the light energies that surround LightWorkers,
Shamans, and highly spiritual individuals. The attachments are formed
and the negative energy being will feed off of the higher energy. The
result will be sudden appearance of chaos or disorder in your life, and a
draining of your energy.
13

All attachments form a link or a cord that attaches to you and either the
person, place, or thing, or the negative entity. All of them drain your
energy, and hold you back, or prevent you from moving forward on your
path, and all of them cause some sort of chaos or disturbance in your life,
disrupting harmony and peace.

Ways to Prevent Attachments

Warding is a way to surround yourself or your home with protection. There
are various ways to ward or protect your home, such as hanging small
mirrors on your doors to reflect back negativity and unwanted entities. You
can also place small mirrors on your windowsills. You can do any form of
protection you are guided to do on your home. You can make charms and
hang them in trees, use wind chimes, bells, or painted symbols for
protection. You can plant protective trees, shrubs, and herbs around your
home, such as holly, or willow trees. You can place stones that are
protective in your garden, yard, or somewhere in your home. You can place
witches bottles filled with sand, stones, protective herbs, and other things
that are protective on your windowsill. You can also place statues of lions,
the Goddess, Angels, or other protective images in your yard, or at the
entrance of your home.
To protect yourself, wear or carry protective stones, bags filled with
protective herbs, or symbols. You can also call on the Archangels, Spirit,
Goddess, or Animal guides to surround you with protection.
I personally like to call on Archangel Uriel, Raphael, Michael, and Gabriel to
surround me and my home with protection and to place angels all around
to protect me and my family from all negativity, negative entities, and
unwanted energies.

To protect myself and a client during the sending and receiving of an

attunement I call on the four Archangels and ask them to protect both me
and the person receiving the attunements.
When I am ready to send an attunement to someone, I say, “ I call on
Archangel Uriel, Archangel Raphael, Archangel Michael, and Archangel
Gabriel, and I ask that you protect me and (name of person being attuned)
during the sending and receiving of this attunement for (name the
attunement). I ask that only the pure energies of this attunement be
received and that no negativity, negative energies or entities, or unwanted
energies be attached to this attunement or received by (name of person
being attuned) in any way or form. I know you will do this for me. Thank
you!”
After I have placed protection for both, myself and the person being
attuned, I then send the attunement. I do the same when I am receiving an
attunement, only modified somewhat since in that case, I am receiving the
attunement, instead of sending it.

Removing Attachments

Once you have an attachment of any kind, it will be necessary to remove it,
before you can move forward in your life.
You can do this by cutting the cord, or by simply releasing it.
Here is how:
To cut the cords to remove attachments:

“I call on Archangel Uriel, Archangel Raphael, Archangel Michael, and

Archangel Gabriel and I ask for your protection and assistance in cutting
the cords of any and all attachments that are not for my highest good. I ask
that Archangel Michael cut the cords of all negative attachements now, and
cauterize or burn the ends so they cannot grow back.” Visualize Archangel
Michael cutting the cords (all of them), while Uriel, Gabriel, and Raphael
surround you with protection. Once all the cords are cut, say, “I ask that
Archangel Raphael heal my wounds now.” Visualize the wounds being
healed and feel the soothing energies. Once this is done, say, “ I am free of
all negative attachments! Thank you for your help, protection, and
assistance Archangels Uriel, Raphael, Michael, and Gabriel. I am grateful.”

Another way to remove the cords of negative attachments is to surround

yourself with protection and then “see” the cords you want to release.
Visualize each cord and recognize what each one attaches to. Some will be
heavy and thick, some will be thinner. Start with one of them and visualize
the cord popping out from both you and the person, place, thing, or
negative energy or entity. See it releasing its grip on you in a gentle yet
complete way. You can visualize it unscrewing or popping free, whichever
works best. When you do it this way, there may be a red spot where the
cord had been attached, but there will not be a gapping wound, and there
will be no tears or breaks in it. As you release each one, state what it is you
are releasing. You can do them all one at a time or you can release one or
more a day until they are all released. Whichever works best for you. When
you release the cords in this way, you are not only releasing the cords of
attachment, but you are also aware of each person, place, thing, or
negative energy or entity that you are letting go of and releasing.
Use whichever method works best for you, and you can also use a
combination of the two methods. Always do a healing on yourself
afterwards, to boost your positive energies and heal any emotional feelings
of releasing these cords of attachment.

Soul Retrieval

Soul Retrieval deals with retrieving the pieces of yourself you have lost or
given away. Every emotional issue or situation you have experienced in
this lifetime or past lifetimes has taken a piece of you with it. You give a
part of yourself to it freely, and this can fragment your soul.
Your soul becomes fragmented because with each emotional injury you
experience, you feel pain, sorrow, anger, fear, guilt, or any other negative
emotion. You will also feel a great sense of loss. Often you feel alone or
distant, separated, scattered, depressed, etc. Whether you realize it or not,
you have given a piece of yourself away to the person, place, thing, or
issue that has been at the root of the issue. When you give a piece of
yourself away, you have what is called a fragmented soul—you are not
whole—you are broken into pieces and the pieces are scattered. To collect
the pieces of yourself, which is called soul retrieval by many Shamans, you
must travel deep within yourself. The visualization involves a spirit journey
where you enter the earth in most cases, which is symbolic of the dark
recesses of your mind or subconscious mind. It is considered to be a
dangerous journey because you can lose yourself in the dark pits of your
mind (also known as the underworld), and so you need to protect yourself
in whatever ways work best for you. You can take your spirit guides, totem
animals, etc. on the journey with you.

Soul Retrieval Spirit Journey

Call your Spirit Guides and/or Animal Guides and to you to help you with
your journey to retrieve the pieces of your soul. State this in your own
words and ask them to protect you and keep you safe and to surround you
with strong protection.
Visualize a huge tree (the Great Tree) that has a doorway to the underworld,
going deep within the Earth. Enter the doorway with your guides and either
slide down a tunnel, or climb wooden steps on the side of the tunnel.
Travel deeper and deeper, until you find the floor leveling off. Your guides
will stay with you to protect you. It is dark here and you cannot see much,
but you are aware of things moving around. You will need to use all of your
senses, instincts, and intuition here. Ask your guides to provide a dim light
on the path ahead so that you can make your way through the hallway. The
light will be dim deep down in the underworld, and depths of your mind.
The things that you find here may be terrifying, but remember—that they
are all a creation of your own mind—the essence of your fears. You are
there to take a close look at them, and to locate and retrieve the lost pieces
of your soul. You are safe and protected by your guides.
You see a something move out of the corner of your eye and turn to look. It
is a dark furry little creature that snarls at you. You look closer at it and see
that it is holding a piece of your soul. You recognize it. This is the time
when you were hurt deeply by (name it or the issue, or person, place, or
16

thing). Acknowledge the issue or situation. You are not afraid. You take a
step slowly toward it. It snarls at you again, but you continue to move
toward it slowly. When you are close enough, you reach out and place your
hand on the part of yourself you lost to this issue, person, place, or thing.
The light brightens and the part of yourself that was lost begins to glow
and shine brightly. The dark furry creature begins to shiver in fear, tries to
shield its eyes from the light, and allows you to take back the piece of your
soul it was holding. As soon as you have it in your hands, the creature
flees, running away from you as fast as it can. But as it runs, it begins to
fade away, weakened because it no longer holds any power over you. You
realize the creature is the issue that had held the piece of your soul captive
and in pain. You look at the light shining from the piece of your soul, and
then glance back at toward the creature, but it is gone. You feel love and
joy and you hold the piece of your soul to your heart and feel it enter your
heart. You feel stronger, lighter, and so filled with love that words can
never describe it.
At this point you can either continue searching for more pieces of your
soul (which may require you to travel down deeper to another level), or
leave and come back on another day to retrieve more pieces of your soul.
When you are ready to leave, you travel back down the hallway and find
your way to the tunnel of the great tree. You climb up and up until you are
back at the doorway. You step out of the doorway with your guides and
thank your guides for their help and protection. You also thank the Great
Tree. You feel the love and joy of life, and you know that when you are
ready, you can return to the Great Tree and begin another journey to
retrieve more lost pieces of your soul.

Reclaiming Your Power

The steps to reclaiming your power are:

1. Look within and decide what it is you truly want. Be clear and specific.
There is no room for doubts here, because if you doubt or question the
process or yourself or your ability to achieve your goals, you may not
be able to succeed. So make a decision and stick to it. This falls under
the category of intent. What do you intend to do, be, or achieve?
2. Focus your attention on your goal. Think positively, visualize, see it, feel
it, hear it, smell it, taste it—actually experience having achieved your
goal—no matter what the goal is. Keep your attention focused on your
goal as it would be once you already have it. Don’t let anything distract
you from achieving your goal.
3. Take action to achieve your goal. Don’t hesitate, doubt yourself, or
delay. When you feel a strong guidance to take action and set things in
motion—do it! And continue to take small steps toward achieving your
goal every day.
17

If you follow this method, you will achieve your goal. Once it is completed,
then focus on a new goal. But try to complete and accomplish one goal at a
time because it will keep you focused. If you try to focus on too many
things at once, your attention will be scattered, and so will your energies.

To reclaim your power, you must be able to make decisions for yourself
based on your own experiences, your own desires, and your own will
power. To truly stand in your power, you must not give your power away to
others by just going along with things or doing what someone else wants
or thinks is best for you. You are the only person who knows what you feel,
what you think, and what you truly want in life. Don’t allow others to take
that from you. It is your life, and it is your chance to co-create in the
physical realm with the Creative Source. You are the artist of your life. You
are in control of your own life—take back control of your life and regain
your power! It may be a lot of work, but it will definitely be worth it.

Magickal Shaman LightWorker Program

Level 3—Master

As a Magickal Shaman LightWorker you will not only be walking the path of
power, but you will also be a healer, and likely a seer or psychic of sorts.
You will be gaining personal power, connecting to Spirit, learning to work
with energy for healing, learning to enhance your psychic abilities, and
working toward spiritual growth for ascension. Your enhanced learning and
energy work, will speed up and raise your frequency so that your energies
vibrate at a higher level. This allows you to accomplish more very quickly.

Shaman Healing

Most Shamanic healing is a form of energy healing in which negativity in

the form of illness, injury, or disease is pulled out of the body, mind, or
energy field. To do this, many Shamans will hold a something in their
hands during the healing to catch the negativity as it is pulled out of the
person being healed, so that the negativity, illness, disease, or injury does
not go into the Shaman doing the healing. Holding something in your
hands during a healing session is a form of protection that will catch and
store the negativity, illness, disease, etc. and prevent it from attaching to
anyone else who may be in the room. I like to use stones or crystals for
this, though some Shamans will use chicken livers, or other similar things.
If a Shaman uses something like a chicken liver, etc. then once the healing
session is completed, they will take the chicken liver or whatever it is, and
either bury it so that the negative energies it has captured will be
transmuted into positive energies, or toss them into a fire pit and burn
them. Again this transmutes the negative energies into positive energies by
returning those negative energies of the illness, disease, injury, etc. to
spirit for transmutation.
If you are using stones, or crystals, then once the healing session is over,
you will need to cleanse them. You can do this by either holding the stones
or crystals under cold running water for a few minute, or placing them in
the sun for several hours, or both. This will remove the negative energies
from your stones or crystals. After you have finished cleansing them, you
can place them on a bed of amethyst or rose quartz to let them rest and
recharge fully.

Herbs

Herbs have both magickal and medicinal properties, and both of these can
be used for healing.
I am not a licensed herbologist and so I am not qualified to give you
medicinal properties of herbs. There are many excellent books you can get
19

that will give you lists of herbs with their medicinal properties and recipes
for their use. One that I use often is “The Herb Book” by John Lust.

I can however, tell you of my experiences with a couple of herbs that I have
used with excellent results.

Thyme Tea—sore throat

1 rounded teaspoon of dried thyme to one cup of boiling water. Let it steep
about 5 minutes. Strain it and add lemon juice and honey. Sip this tea as
hot as you can stand it. You can do this a couple of times a day. I use this
for sore throats and it works very well. I suggest you do it at the first sign
of a sore throat, to get clear it up fast before you spend days unable to
swallow. But you can use it with very good results any time you have a
sore throat. I have used this tea many, many times and have given it to my
family and we have all had wonderful results with it.

Wild Strawberry Leaves—menopause excessive bleeding

I have used this tea with caution to stop bleeding when menstruation
bleeding has continued for weeks without stopping. Only one cup per day
for one to two days. NO MORE!
2 teaspoons of fresh wild strawberry leaves -- we happen to have some
growing in our yard so I picked them, washed them and ripped them into
shreds and put them in a pot of 1 and ½ cups of boiling water. Let it boil for
about 1 minute then steep it for 5 minutes. Strain it. You can let it cool if
you want to room temperature. Drink half a cup. Wait for 3 to 4 hours and
drink another half of a cup before bed. Put the other half of a cup in the
refrigerator. If you are still having some bleeding (it should have slowed
way down) the next morning, then drink the last of half of a cup that was
refrigerated. This should stop it. I have used this on two different
occasions and it worked very well. I did not need to do this again for well
over a year. This is not my recipe—it is in “The Herb Book” by John Lust. I
am not recommending this recipe to anyone, because I am not qualified to
do this. I am not a medical doctor. If you are ill, you should see your
physician. Please check with you physician before using any of the teas or
herbs mentioned in this manual. But I do highly recommend “The Herb
Book” by John Lust.

I have also used pineapple and carrot juice for urinary infections and found
that to be very helpful.

Crush plantain leaves and rub them on bee stings or insect bites to take
away the pain, itching, and sting.

Magickal Herbs for Healing:

20

(burn them on charcoal like a sacred incense, or place them around your
candles, or stuff them into a small bag and hang them somewhere in your
home).

Hops, lavender, chamomile are excellent herbs to help with soothing,

calmness, sleeping peacefully.

Sage and rue are excellent for cleansing and purification.

Cinquefoil, pine, cedar, parsley, cinnamon, cloves, ginger are excellent for
drawing prosperity.

Echinacea, eucalyptus, St. Johns wort, garlic and basil are all good herbs
for healing spells.

Spiderwort, red rose, jasmine, and honeysuckle are good herbs for love
drawing.

Maple leaves, pink rose, and violet are good herbs for friendship spells.

Sage, mugwort, cinquefoil, vertiver are all good herbs for protection.

Stones and Healing Grids

Black stones are best to draw out negativity. You can place them around
any room, especially in a room where someone is sick to help draw off the
negative energies of illness, or disease.

To use a Healing Grid

You will need a shallow box, sand (any color), and stones with whatever
energies you are needing for the gridwork.
Put the sand in the bottom of the box, and write the name of whoever is in
need of healing on a small piece of paper. Place the paper in the center of
the box. You can place black stones around them for protection and to
draw off negative energies. Or you can place crystals, or any other stones
around the name of the person with one on top of the paper to send strong
crystal healing energies to the person needing healing. This can be done
distantly, of course. You can also place the grid in the room with a person
in need of healing.
If you want, you can place the name of someone or yourself in the center of
the grid box, and then place one stone in the appropriate color in a line for
chakra clearing.
First chakra (root or base)—red
Second chakra (center)—orange
Third chakra (solar plexus)—yellow
Fourth chakra (heart)—green
21

Fifth chakra (throat)—blue

Sixth chakra (third eye)—purple or indigo
Seventh chakra (crown)—white or purple

Stones

Black tourmaline--is one of the best protection stones I have ever found.
Rose quartz—use this stone for any love, friendship, or emotional healing
Amber—is a power stone for personal power or adding more power for any
healing work or magickal spell.
Jet—is an excellent protection stone.
Jasper—comes in red for more energy, yellow for protection from psychic
attack, green which has a very healing energy and also is connected to
earth energies very strongly. I like rainforest ryolite for this, which is a type
of jasper.
Agates—can be found in any color and some are dyed in vibrant bright
colors. You can use these for color magicks and chakra healing.
Fire agate—returns any negative energies back to the sender.
Sodalite—is good for psychic work.
Angelite or pink petalite are excellent for working with angels.
Aqua marine is great as a soothing, peace bringing stone.
Amazonite—is one of the best throat chakra healing stones.
Morganite—is empowering and brings courage to stand in your power.
Citrine—is a wonderful stone for prosperity.
Green aventurine—is also a strong money drawing stone.
Malachite—is brings good fortune, good luck, and creativity.
Moonstone—is a beautiful stone that is great for connecting to the moon
energies, the Goddess.
Quartz Crystals--are very powerful and depending on shapes and types
have not only a power that is basic to them, but also added individual
energies that make them so unique. I use quartz crystals for healing,
strengthening the energies of attunements, and magick!

The stones I have listed above are just some of the ones I have worked with
and the results I had in working with them.

For more information on the energies of stones, I recommend the book

“Love is in the Earth” by Melody. This book has very detailed information.

Connecting to your Psychic Self

Shamans use all of their senses including their instincts, intuition, and
visions to aid them in their perceptions of life. While many people
associate the psychic center with being located in the third eye, it is
actually throughout your entire energy field. In the physical body the
chakras most used are the 2nd chakra or center which is bright orange and
located in the navel area, the 6th chakra or third eye, which is either purple
22

or indigo, and is located just above and between the eyebrows, and the 7th
chakra or crown, located at the top of the head where the soft spot was as
a newborn, and it either usually seen as violet purple or white. All of these
chakras play a very important role in psychic work. Along with these
chakras, your entire energy field also plays a role in psychic work. Have
you ever met someone and felt the hair on your arms or neck rise and
stand on end, or entered a place and felt shivers run up your spine? This is
your energy field picking up something unpleasant and warning you to
beware. Your energy field reaches out beyond your physical body, in some
cases up to 3 feet beyond your physical body. Your energy body or energy
field picks up the imprints of energies around you and of other people
since it actually comes into contact with other energies of people, places,
and things before your physical body does.
Pay attention because when your energy body comes in contact with
something negative or unpleasant, it will recoil away from it and pull closer
to your physical body. You can feel this happen if you really pay attention.
If the energies around you are good and positive, your energy body or
energy field will reach out farther beyond your physical body. This always
happens, but most people are not even aware of it.

Visions

Visions come to you through your third eye chakra. Dreams come to you
through your crown chakra. Both are messages that come to you either
from Spirit or your Higher Self. Messages from Spirit come to sometimes
without any warning. Messages from your Higher Self are usually answers
to questions that come to you when you are seeking answers. Sometimes
you will hear messages, which is clairaudience, or you will just know
without knowing how you know—you just KNOW—which is clairsentience.
These two forms of psychic abilities come to you through your crown
chakra. Clairvoyance, which is visions, most often enters through your
third eye chakra.

To help with vision questing, you can light a candle and stare into the
flame—flame gazing, you can stare into a still pool of water, or a bowl of
water—scrying, or you can gaze into a magick mirror (usually a black
mirror), which is another form of scrying.
You can play soft music if you like to help you with this. You can light
incense and candles if you like to help set the mood. When you are vision
questing, you will slip into a trance state which opens your third eye and
allows visions to enter. Visions may be impressions of something that has
happened, will happen, or a distorted image. You should be able to tell the
difference easily. If it plays like a sort of movie—it is an event of some kind.
If it is a somewhat jumbled flash of images—then you will have to work
harder to understand the meaning of the images.
23

Dreams are a form of message that comes to you through your crown
chakra. The images you see in dreams may be distorted or represent
something other than what you actually see. Keep in mind that the images
are sent to you in a form that has meaning to you. You can read basic
dream books for information on interpreting your dreams, but remember,
not everyone associates the same thing with the same image. The images
that come to you in dreams are meant for you alone.
It may help for you to write them down. They may not make much sense to
you at first, but if you write them down, you will begin to see a pattern that
you can recognize and that will give you insight.

Imprints

Imprints are the energy patterns of things left on other things or places. A
good deal of psychic work is picking up on the imprints left behind by
something in either the past or the future. When you hold something in
your hands, you can feel the energies of it, the imprinted energies of what it
was used for in the past, or will be used for in the future. With imprinting,
there is no such thing as time and space. So you can discover things about
the past, and also about the future by picking up on the imprinted energies
of things, people, and places. This is why some psychics can bump into
someone and pick up on their energies with visions, or feelings, or some
other form of psychic ability. Think about this—there is no such thing as
time or space as we know it. Therefore, if you can pick up on the imprinted
energies of a person, place, or thing, from the past or future, you can also
influence or subtly change the imprints if you choose to, in order to lessen
the pain or trauma of some event that has happened in the past or will
happen in the future.

Here’s How to Influence Imprints

Think of some time in your life where you had something happen that hurt
you in some way. If possible, you may want to look at a picture or hold
something that had meaning for you at that time in your hands. Feel the
energies of that time and place, and allow yourself to see the event
unfold—only this time, intend it to turn out the way you wanted it to. This
leaves a subtle imprint on the energies of that event. It slightly changes
things, so that the emotional pain you felt at that time is less. This new
energy imprint will carry on through the timeline to lessen your pain of the
event in the present. You can do this with things you regret, things that
hurt you, things that disappointed you, etc. It is just a subtle change in the
energy imprint, but it will improve your feelings about it and help you to
move on. This works for the future also—by projecting your intention and
focusing your attention on a specific outcome you want to happen in the
future, (you must see it as if it has already happened) you are imprinting
the energy pattern on the future event. It will draw it to you to help manifest
your desire.
24

Practice feeling imprints of energy by holding something in your hands

(use something different each time) and feeling the energies of it, feel its
past, feel the energy imprints left on the stone, cloth, or whatever it is you
are practicing with. This will help you develop this skill. It is just a matter of
learning to be sensitive to the energies. Don’t force it, just allow it. Just
empty your mind and allow the energies imprinted on whatever it is to flow
in through your crown. Once you have mastered this, you can work on
imprinting new energies to bring about changes.
You can also imprint healing energies on stones or other things and give
them to someone who is in need of healing. This will allow the stone or
item to continue giving healing energies to someone who is needing to
heal, physically, emotionally, or spiritually.

Enhancing Your Instincts and Intuition

Your instinct come through from your center, or core. This is located in the
2nd chakra. This is also the area you want to focus on to center yourself and
build energy for magick. Pay attention to this area—it will always tell you
the truth. When you have a first impression of something, someone, or
someplace, your gut instinct will speak up first. It will come in a flash that
runs through you and out. Did you feel your abdomen tighten, then your
teeth slightly clench or jaw muscle tighten, and maybe your shoulders and
neck feel tighter and tense? If so, that is a good sign that whatever caused
this reaction is not something you want to do, or someone you want to
spend much time around, or it may be a place you just do not want to
spend time at. Pay attention. When you think about any situation—does it
cause this tension that begins in your gut and runs through your entire
body? Or does it have the opposite effect and cause you to relax, feel at
peace, or even ripple a tickle through you? Don’t ignore whatever you are
feeling in your gut or 2nd chakra area. What it has to tell you is always
important. Paying attention to what you feel here can prevent illness, guide
you to do what is truly best for you, and help you enhance your psychic
abilities.

Intuition

Intuition generally comes through the crown as a form of insight or

inspiration. Intuition comes in as a direct message from spirit. It is a lighter
feeling than your gut instinct. Intuition gives you a sense of joy or feeling
of revelation or discovery. Your intuition is a guidance that usually sparks
a flame of passion within you. This is the seat of creativity and artwork.
Anything you do can be a work of art. The key is how much enthusiasm
you feel and passion you feel for what you do or are doing. If you have a
passion for something you will be filled with joy when you do it, look at it,
or talk about it. Inspiration is the great motivator of works of art in any area
25

of you life. You can enhance your intuition by listening to music, looking at
pictures, or walking in nature. Being out in Nature will often bring creative
inspiration because it connects you to Mother Earth and to Spirit. Anything
that strengthens your connection to your Creative Source will enhance
your inspiration. Anything you love or love to do will bring you closer to
Spirit, because it is a spiritual experience, a spiritual expression of who
you are. Do what you love and when you feel that joy and love, and
enthusiasm for what something or someone, you are opening the path for
inspiration to flow in.

Nature Magick

Nature Magick involves drawing on the energies of the element—Earth, Air,

Fire, and Water. It involves keeping your spell or ritual simple and using
things in nature to set your intention, focus your attention, build energy,
and sending it all out into the Universe as a message to Spirit in order to
manifest your desire for the highest good.

Your spell can be as simple as using a stick to draw or write your desire in
the sand on a beach. Or building a bonfire and writing your desire on a
piece of paper and tossing it into the fire. If you see a stone or river rock
that catches your eye—try holding it in your hands and visualizing your
intent, focusing your attention on what you want to manifest, and
imprinting or charging the stone with the energies of your desire. Then
toss it into the water and give it to Spirit.
You can do this to draw prosperity, love, healing, protection, success, or
anything else you might like to manifest.

Living in Harmony
To live in harmony with yourself, you must be true to youself, know
yourself, and trust yourself. There can be no struggle or conflict within if
you are being true to yourself and standing in your own power.
To live in harmony with others, you must be true to yourself, but also allow
other people to be true to themselves. Just as you want to be honest with
yourself and do what truly makes you happy, so do others around you. You
must be allowed room to grow and be yourself, and you must allow others
to grow and be who they are also, even you do not agree with their way of
doing things, or how they dress, or their opinions. You must be in control
of your own life, your own happiness and take responsibility for yourself
and your results—and others around you must also do the same. Each
person is responsible for only themselves. It is a matter of giving and
receiving-- harmony of individuals who work together toward love and
peace. Everyone is a part of the whole, and yet a unique individual. We
must each follow our own path, yet, everything we do connects to and has
an effect on everyone and everything else. This includes Mother Earth,
animals, plants, and other people. We must all have love and compassion
26

for each other and we must share this Earth with all Her creatures. We are
One.

To receive the attunements for Magickal Shaman LightWorker Program

Get comfortable and relax. Take 3 deep breaths to release the tension and
stress of the day. When you are ready for your attunement say, “I accept
this attunement for (name the attunement) from (name of teacher—Linda
Colibert if you receive this attunement from me) now.” Then just allow the
energies to flow in. Relax and enjoy the energies. You will need about 20 to
30 minutes of quiet time to receive your attunement.

To send the attunements for Magickal Shaman LightWorker Program

Get comfortable and relax. Take 3 deep breaths to release the stress and
tension of the day. When you are ready say, “I ask that (name of student)
be attuned to (name of attunement) on (date and time).”

The attunements for Magickal Shaman LightWorker Program can be given

or received in person, distantly, or in chi ball method. I suggest that you do
this in the way that is most comfortable for you and the way that works
best for you.

It is recommending that people wait a few days between levels for the
energies to settle. However, this is only a guideline and it is really up to the
teacher and student to decide. Some people can handle more energies at
once and can take the levels closer together or even all at once. Others will
need time between levels.

Anyone can receive the attunements to the Magickal Shaman LightWorker

Program. There are no prerequisites. Of course, it is always helpful if you
have worked with energies before and understand how they work, though it
is not neccesary.
