Detailed Vise Itinerary-:

Day 1: Cochin- Munnar (126 kms)

Upon arrival at Cochin Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station, get assistance on all
the arrival formalities and transfer to Munnar. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel
and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 2: Munnar Sightseeing

Depart early in the morning to enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit
the Mattupetty Dam/Lake, Echo Point, Nursery Garden, Rajamalai (Eravikulam)
National Park, which is famous for Nilgiri Tahr(Wild goat), Photo Point, Anamudi
Peak, which is South India’s highest peak and Tata Tea Museum. In the evening, head
out on spice/tea trailing at Munnar. Overnight stay will be arranged at the hotel
in Munnar.

Day 3: Munnar to Thekkady and Sightseeing

In the morning, travel to Thekkady, located in the heart of the Cardamom Hills of
Kerala. Drive past the spice plantations, mist capped mountains, and open
grasslands lined with scenic waterfalls and lovely trekking trails. Check in to the
hotel as you arrive, relax and refresh for a while. Later, get ready to enjoy a
half-day sightseeing tour of Thekkady. Go on a boat safari on the Periyar Lake
which takes you through Periyar Tiger Reserve. Spot some unusual and various
wildlife in its natural habitat and later visit the Spice Plantation. Visit Kumili
village in the evening and take a walk through the bustling Spice Market. Stay
overnight at the hotel, in Thekkady.

Day 4: Thekkady to Alleppey

Early in the morning, travel to Alleppey, a pleasant village on the Vembanadu Lake.
This place is known for its backwaters, palms and houseboats. Cruise through the
unique web of lakes, lagoons, canals and rivers. Visit the paddy fields in Kuttanad
region, which is the only region where rice is cultivated below sea level. Enjoy an
overnight stay on the Houseboat/Hotel, in Alleppey.

Day 5: Alleppey to Kovalam

Morning disemperk from the Houseboat at boat jetty. Proceed to Kovalam. Kovalam
truly captures the essence of Kerala.This internationally renowned beach has been a
favorite haunt of tourists since 1930’s. A beach paradise with boundless blue of
the Arabian Sea and is a sheltered natural bay. On arrival check in at Hotel. Day
free for leisure. Overnight at Hotel in Kovalam

Day 06 - Trivandrum Sightseeing

After breakfast, you will go for Trivandrum Sightseeing. Overnight at the Hotel in
Kovalam
Day 7 : Trivandrum Drop

Later proceed to Trivandrum Bid farewell to this serene land as your holidays comes
to an end as you get transferred to Trivandrum Airport or Railway Station for your
onward journey back to home.

Payment Policy

50% advance payment to be made at the time of booking along with booking terms &
conditions acceptance mail. Remaining 50% at the time of booking confirmation &
documents delivery or 20 days prior to departure (whichever is earlier). Visa
processing will be done only after receipt of 100% payment. Only cash/bank transfer
payment will be acceptable if the booking is made within the 7 days of departure.
If payment is not made within time, Pack N Go Holidays reserves right to cancel the
booking. Cancellation policy will be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

· If cancelled 45 days or more before departure: 25% of the package price

would be retained as cancellation fee

· If cancelled 30 to 44 days before departure: 50% of the package price would

be retained as cancellation fee

· If cancelled 30 days or less before departure: 100% of the package price

would be retained as cancellation fee

· No shows: 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee

Note: In case of partial cancellation the confirmed package will get cancelled and
cancellation charges will be applicable and the revised package will get shared
based on available rate & requirement.

All the bookings shall be bound by following booking terms & conditions.

Booking Terms and Condition

* Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless
specified along with quotation.

* The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the
airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance
amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking
is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the
deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. Once given confirmation then full
and final payment should be made either in cash or draft at the time when all the
travel documents are delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked
under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days
before the departure of the group.

* Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the
quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be
booked in similar or higher category hotel.

* For any cancellation (if no explicit cancellation policy is specified in

quotation) we charge Rs.1000 per person as service charge in addition to the
cancellation policy of booked airline and booked hotel.

* Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only
and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of
ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per
airline policy.

* Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and

amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested
dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.

* In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on

guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.

* Pack N Go Holidays acts as a travel agent. We arrange travel services and sell
travel related products on behalf of suppliers such as airlines, tour and cruise
operators, car hirers and accommodation providers. In doing so Pack N Go Holidays
gives no warranty nor makes any representation regarding the services to be
supplied or the products purchased by you. You agree that if the travel services or
products are not supplied in accordance with your booking your remedy lies with the
service provider and not Pack N Go Holidays.

* As Pack N Go Holidays is only acting as an agent we have no liability in respect

of the supply of any element of your booking, including any liability for illness,
personal injury, death or loss of any kind, delay and inconvenience caused directly
or indirectly by any provider of travel services or products or by other third
parties unless caused by our negligence.

* Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International
travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during
check in at hotels.

* The check-in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and the
number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights
booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.

* For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the
guest at the hotel.

* Cost does not include Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like
rail/flight/vehicle delays and cancellations, road blockage, vehicle
malfunctioning, strikes, natural calamity, political disturbance etc. and it will
be borne / settled by the client only. Pack N Go Holidays will neither be
responsible for nor bear these expenses. No refund shall be made for unutilized
services.

* Payments by credit card will attract 2% service charge (for walking clients) and
3.8% through credit card gateway payment on each and every transaction.

* In case cash amount is deposited in our bank account than please add Rs.150
service charge for every deposited amount of Rs.10000/-

* Pack N Go Holidays Pvt Ltd can assist you in processing visa for international
travel but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the
cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.

* In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any
other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.

* Budget packages are tailored for budget travellers only (not recommended for
family travellers). Budget packages are suitable for travellers who has low budget.
No claim shall be raised on Pack N Go Holidays on services offered by
Hotel/transporter in this case.

* It is always advised to follow the travel itinerary. If for any reason travellers
deviate from Itinerary, travellers shall be responsible for any extra expenses
incurred on travelling, hotel, sightseeing etc. No refund shall be made for un-
utilized services.

* Any dispute between Pack N Go Holidays & client is governed by the laws of Delhi
and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi to determine any
dispute pertaining to this booking.

* In no event shall “Pack N Go Holidays” be liable for any direct, indirect,

special, incidental or consequential damages due to deficiency in service by our
suppliers (hotel, transporter, airline etc.). Our maximum liability is limited to
our service charges.

* In case of any conflict in booking terms & conditions, the decision of Pack N Go
Holidays management would be final & binding.
