    AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE PUROK ORGANIZATION OF

    BARANGAY POBLACION 8, CITY OF MALAYBALAY,PROVINCE OF


    BUKIDNON, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

    WHEREAS, Barangay Poblacion 8, City of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon has five (5) Puroks
    organized by their respective residents in accordance with tradition, practice and religious beliefs,
    as follows: Purok 1, Purok 2, Purok 3, Purok 4, and Purok 5.

    WHEREFORE, the Purok Organization of Barangay Poblacion 8, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon needs to
    be formalized and recognized by the Barangay Officials:

    NOW, THEREFORE on motion of Kagawad Arthur L. Dofeliz, and seconded by all Kagawads
    Present.

    BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF BARANGAY POBLACION 8, CITY


    OF MALAYBALAY, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, IN ITS REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED:

    SECTION 1.Title.–This ordinance shall be known as the


    “PUROK ORGANIZATIONORDINANCE OF BARANGAY POBLACION, MARIHATAG, SURIGAO
    DEL SUR.”
     
    SECTION 2.Naming of Puroks.
    – 
     It is hereby recognized and named the existing sixteen (5) Purok organizations of Barangay 8
    Poblacion, City of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon, with boundaries as follows:
