1. Quality Management
Quality management of the project was conducted based on the standard and
specification of the project. QA/QC activities performed was

6. Environment Management
There is certainly no any harm that generates from our project to the external
environment. But the project is locating in the area of fruit and vegetable markets our
working environment is exposed to bad smells and wastages that generates from the
shops as a result our project is supposed to provide way of removing wastages

8. Safety Management
since our project located in the area of fruit and vegetable market it is exposed to bad smells
originates from wastages. There is shortage of safety equipment for daily laborers.
The site has no fence so it is exposed to theft and robbery, security guards are claiming about
their safety continuously
9. Integration
the project has good performance in coordinating tasks, resources, stakeholders, managing
conflicts between coworkers. This used to ensure that the project is well executed.as a counter
engineer I was performing my activities with other coworkers to ensure the project is well
executed
10.Scope
A lot of works like planning, coordinating and management activities has been done to ensure
that the project scope are achieved. when we compare the work completed and the actual scope
of the project the project has good scope management
11.Time
Organizing our time wisely, forming our professional and personal tasks based on how urgent
and important they are, taking care of most urgent and important activities first are the
techniques that we use to insure the timely completion of our project. since overtime is not
allowed

12.Cost
We use a method of estimating, controlling job field data collection, scheduling accounting and
design. Covers the full life cycle of project from the initial planning phase up to closing. When
we see the Actual cost it is below planned.it indicates that it is under budget. But the work is not
performed as planned.

14.Communication
Verbal, telegram group, letters are main ways of communication in our project .and we can
conclude that our site has good communication within coworkers
15.Procurement
The procurement procedure passes through procurement committee. The committee open
Performa and to list bidder. The Performa is collected by purchaser. This collection process is
exposed to increase in cost of materials.
16.Stakeholders
The relationship between each stakeholders is maintained. This has a good impact on the project.
the communication with each parties is handled in the right way
