Tips

• If there are additional fields you want to define at the beginning of your project, you can include them in the Problem Statement
section. Every project is different so you may need to tweak and/or add fields as needed
• If working with a PMO, in addition to the overall Project Charter, you may want each workstream within your PMO to complete
the same charter template for their particular workstream. This helps each workstream define early how they are contributing to the
project, and helps you as the PMO ensure that there isn't overlap or conflicting objectives between the various workstreams
