This document provides troubleshooting steps for a CNV R-phase IGBT error detected by the TCD-043 application. The key issues could be a faulty IGBT, incorrect power connections to the R-phase circuit, or damaged cables between PCBs. Steps are provided to methodically check the power connections, cable connections, IGBT status, and replace components if needed.

When R-phase +IGBT and -IGBT are turned ON simultaneously or IGBT driving power has failed. 1. Verify if power voltage R,S, and T are connected to PT1. 1) For 380V, R-phase power →PT1-3, S-phase→PT1-7, [Diagram] T-phase→PT1-11 2) For 400V, R-phase power →PT1-4, S-phase→PT1-8, R Stack GX3 GP1 T-phase→PT1-12 Check below dotted line DPP-300 GX5 AC 29V
