1. Support received from KABABAIHAN and other stakeholders is
overwhelming. The Brigada Coordinators did a great job!
Recommendations 1. It would be better if the opening program is done earlier than 9:00
AM.
2. Volunteers came earlier than expected, so they started cleaning the
school premises even without clear instructions on what to do, so it
would be better if they were given a clear flow of the activities.
3. There was a shortage of food during the conduct of the activity.
Proper communication is the key to the issue.

Narrative Report on Brigada Kick-off
In pursuant to DepEd Order No. 34, s. 2022 titled School Calendar and Activities for the SY 2022-2023, the 2022
Brigada Eskwela shall be conducted on August 1-26, 2022, in all Public Elementary and Secondary Schools with the theme
“Brigada Eskwela: Tugon sa Hamon ng Ligtas na Balik-Aral”.
In connection with this, Tropical Village National High School conducted its Brigada Kick-off on August 16,
2022, to officially open the Brigada Eskwela 2022. It began at exactly 8:30 am and started with a prayer which was led by
Mr. Christian Telimban, Teacher I, MAPEH Teacher and it was followed by singing the National Anthem led by Mrs.
Carmina Lesondra. Next to this, was the singing of General Trias Hymn through an Audio-Visual Presentation AVP.
After that, Mr. Patricio H. Cruzada, Head Teacher III, warmly welcome the guests, visitors, and volunteers in
the Brigada Eskwela. Meanwhile, despite of his busy schedule Dr. Mark Airon P. Creus, Principal IV, sent his heartfelt
greetings to everybody through pre-recorded video.
There was also an audio-visual presentation of the Brigada Eskwela activity to guide the volunteers on how
they are going to help and provide assistance for the school.
The highlight of this program was the message of support from the following very important person; first
was Councilor Ryan Santor, which was followed by the Hon. Eduardo L. Umali, Chairman-Brgy. San Francisco, General
Trias City. Another big shot in the real sens, was Mrs. Annalisa A. Ferrer, Adviser/Founder-Nagkakaisang Kababaihan ng
General Trias (NKGT) as she expressed her support to TVNHS. And it was followed by another Message of Support given
by Mrs. Aisha S. Columna, Over-all President of NKGT. Next to her was Mrs. Reynalyn Logon, GPTA President who was
there all along showing her support to Tropicalians. And last but not the least, was Mr. Samuel Poblete, Teacher II-SSG
Adviser.
There was also an awarding of Certificate of Appreciation to stakeholders and volunteers to show
appreciation and gratitude to them. It was presented and given to them in the presence of Mr. Patricio H. Cruzada, Head
Teacher III, Mrs. Mariglo S. Bayot, Teacher III, Hon. Eduardo L. Umali, Chairman-Brgy. San Francisco, General Trias
City, Mrs. Annalisa A. Ferrer, Adviser/Founder-Nagkakaisang Kababaihan ng General Trias, Mrs. Aisha S. Columna,
Over-all President of NKGT, Mrs. Reynalyn Logon, GPTA President and Mrs. Mary Anne R. Cabello, ASP Coordinator.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Mariglo S. Bayot, Teacher III-Science Department, presented comprehensively the School
Basic Education – Learning Continuity plan. She also stressed out the rules and regulations of the school like following
health protocols, and modality that the school is going to use in the opening of classes up to the end of October 2022.
In addition, Mr. Reydentor Panganiban, Brigada Eskwela Coordinator explained thoroughly the Mechanics
of Brigada Eskwela. And lastly, he officially closed the program.
The said program was hosted by Ms. Jennibeth V. Ilagan, In-charge of the Ceremony and it ended at exactly 11:20 in
the morning.
The event was indeed a successful one because of the participation and 100% cooperation of
everybody specifically the hardworking Technical Working Group of the program.
