    Introduction
    This proposal is in response for a stated need for car wash services by KUALITI
    ALAM SDN. BHD. PRISMA NURI SDN BHD have the facilities needed for car wash
    and poses a great experience in cleaning services industry in the following areas:
    Seremban and Port Dickson

    As such, PRISMA NURI SDN BHD is fully capable of providing the following services
    to KUALITI ALAM SDN. BHD.:

    • Drive-through washing of cars, SUVs, and light duty trucks and lorries.
    • Hand washing of heavy-duty trucks and class A vehicles
    • Interior vacuuming and detailing of cars, SUVs, light and heavy-duty trucks,
    and class A vehicles

    Proposed Services

    PRISMA NURI SDN BHD will provide the services listed above during the following
    operating windows:

    To ensure that KUALITI ALAM SDN. BHD.’s vehicles’ downtime for car wash
    services is limited as much as possible, PRISMA NURI SDN BHD guarantees the
    following service completion windows:
    Equipment & Solvents Used
    PRISMA NURI SDN BHD is committed to using energy efficient equipment in
    conjunction with eco-friendly solvents to minimize the impact our facilities have on
    the environment. The following table lists the equipment and solvents used in our
    facility:

    Note: Please refer Appendix 1 to see the example of the products mentioned above.

    Insurance
    PRISMA NURI SDN BHD maintains the following insurance coverage, and will add
    KUALITI ALAM SDN. BHD. as additional insured on all listed policies as of the
    signing date of a binding contract for the services proposed:

    Certificates of insurance naming KUALITI ALAM SDN. BHD. as additional insured


    shall be submitted to KUALITI ALAM SDN. BHD. for approval prior to services being
    rendered by PRISMA NURI SDN BHD. Each policy listed above shall extend for a
    period equal to, or longer than the length of the legal binding contract for services
    listed in this proposal. PRISMA NURI SDN BHD shall be required to submit written
    notification 30 days prior to cancellation of any of the above listed policies.
    Pricing
    With all the cleaning services together with the tools and equipment mentioned in
    this proposal, the company charged lump sum price of Malaysia Ringgit (MYR)
    TEN THOUSAND (RM 10,000.00) ONLY.

    Payment
    An invoice will be generated at the end of every month for the services rendered. All
    invoices will be payable on a net-30 days basis via check or wire transfer.

    Intent to Proceed
    Signing below indicates KUALITI ALAM SDN. BHD.’s intent to proceed with the
    proposal outlined above. Upon receipt of a signed proposal, PRISMA NURI SDN
    BHD will draft and send a legally binding contract.

    VACUUM
