1) SCOPE OF SOLARC
Supply of Solar Power System as per Technical Specifications,
comprising:
 We shall conduct a detailed site visit with specialists to take accurate
measurements, photographs, and other site-specific information for
full design.
 Prepare full system design to include civil, structural, electrical and
mechanical components, with construction drawings and
specifications.
 Procure equipment and materials and deliver to site.
 Perform complete system installation.
 Test all electrical components in accordance with manufacturer
instructions.
 Commission the system to full operability.
 AMC after free service period (Optional)
 MSEDCL Liasoning is till upto commissioning of Solar System. After
that any follow up from MSEDCL it is in client scope.

2) SCOPE OF CLIENT
Site-specific considerations will require assistance and cooperation from the
client, as outlined below:

 Provide access to work site for delivery of equipment and materials

prior to and during project implementation.
 Provide a suitable and secure space for storage of equipment and
materials.
 Facilitate access of work crew to the work site 7 days a week
 Facilitate interfacing with the client’s resident engineering staff for
consultation as needed.
 All the Statutory clearances, if any, required for the Project.
 Client has to provide internet connection for monitoring ( optional)
 Extension of Sanction Load in client Scope. If you divert load extension
in our scope it will cost extra as per MSEDCL rules & Demands.
 Provide free Electricity & Water for installation purpose.




client with his MSEDCL issues after commissioning.

5) GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

1. Validity of Offer: - Prices quoted are firms & generally valid for 15
days from date of offer.

2. GST :- For solar project,

12 % GST is applicable on 70 % of basic amount
18 % GST is applicable on 30 % of basic amount.
AS Per GST Regulations

3. Other Taxes /levis: - If any further applicable, due to statutory

notifications by the government at the time of
invoicing will be charged extra.

4. Delivery :- Generally within 3-4 weeks from the date of

receipt of technically & commercially clear order
& advance payment & site clearance whichever
is later & subject to any MSEB or inspection
related delays.

5. Payment Terms: - Of order value,
60 % advance along with Purchase Order
30 % amount after material on site & before
Installation,
10 % amount after installation & within 8 days
after successfully commissioning of site.

6. Operation & Maintenance: - Operation & Maintenance involves regular site

Visits once in a three month to check on all
system connections as PV Modules, Inverter,
Cabling, LT connections, remote monitoring unit
& performance.

7. Insurance & risk in transit: - Insurance up to Erection & Commissioning is to

our account. Thereafter customer will take
necessary, insurance coverage for all risks.

6) WARRANTY:-

Solar Modules:- Solar PV modules have a product warranty of 10 years

from manufacturer. Further, Solar PV modules are warranted for
performance output. The standard terms are:
90% of PV module output is guaranteed for a period of 10 years and
80% of the PV module output is guaranteed for total period of 25 years
by module manufacturers.
We shall assign the module warranty in favor of end user under terms of their
warranty.
PV Inverter: - Product warranty for Growatt/Polycab Inverters is comes
with 7 and 5 years by default warranty.

Balance of system components: We provide 1 year warranty against any

manufacturing defects and workmanship from the date of completion of
work. O&M conditions apply for proper operation and maintenance of
system.
