It is a pleasure to keep in contact with you.

The current situation is without a doubt very difficult for all, and FIDAE is
aware that the aerospace, defense, and security industry needs full support to
overcome this global crisis.

The International Air and Space Fair, FIDAE, with over four decades of
experience, will hold its twentieth-second edition with a special focus: finding
ways to support each of our exhibitors, who are the foundations of all editions
of the Fair.

Even though FIDAE 2020 could not be held due to the COVID 19 pandemic that
affected the world, before its cancelation the Fair received the confirmation of
411 exhibitors, 187 delegations, 101 aircraft in exhibition, and 46 participating
countries, all of which certifies the worldwide importance of the International Air
and Space Fair.

The twentieth-second edition of the event represents a challenge for the

Organizing Committee, and we will work enthusiastically to offer you a world-
class exhibition, surpassing the expectations of all participants. This will not be
easy, but it is an obligation that we have self-imposed to support the industry
reactivation and, more importantly, to support you, our exhibitors.

We are certain that FIDAE will be an essential commercial platform to make

business, where the demand and the supply of the most important companies
in the world will meet in one place.

Shell Scheme SQM

Area inside the halls with a minimum display of 12 SQM in the wall sector, and 32 SQM in tthe central sector. The structure
is formed by two side walls and one in the back.

The stand is provided by the Organizing Committee.

Any modification must be reviewed by FIDAE’s Infrastructure Department to analyze the feasibility under the current FIDAE
regulations, and these changes will be at the Exhibitors’ expenses.

Characteristics:
Generally located in the wall area (attached to the hall wall).
Carpeting.
Diving panels with an aluminum structure of 2.5 m of height, and 1-m width from the axis.
Identifying fascia.
Lighting.
Furniture per every 16 SQM: one (1) table, three (3) chairs, one (1) counter, one (1) stool, one (1) trash can, and
one (1) socket.

Basic cleaning.

Space Only SQM

Area specially designed for those exhibitors that want to carry out their architectural projects.

This space allows exhibitors to add a second floor, as long as they already have a minimum 100 SQM base surface. This
second floor can be used only as a meeting room and/or lounge.

These projects must be approved by FIDAE’s Infrastructure Department and fulfill the requirements detailed in the Fair’s
regulations.

However, exhibitors have the liberty to select local or international stand builders to implement their projects at their
expense.
Characteristics:
The minimum space is 16 SQM next to the hall walls (attached to the walls).
The minimum space is 32 SQM in the central area.

Associated Products:
One (1) trade day invitation per SQM.
Basic cleaning.
0.0625 kW single-phase electric power per SQM.
One (1) car parking pass per 32 SQM.

Space Pavilion Stand

The pavilion is specially designed for local and international private companies and state-owned organizations to display
and promote their work in different matters related to space technology.

This pavilion welcomes space agencies, observation and telecommunication satellite manufacturers, remote sensing
developers and users, geographical information systems developers and users, cartography professionals, photogrammetric
professionals, space data handling professionals as well as other professionals that foster the growth of geospatial science
and technology.

The exhibitors can choose space only SQM or a stand in this pavilion.

becoming more important due to the need to protect critical data and information, which is under constant threat of new
technological developments and permanent attacks executed by cybercriminals.

As a result, FIDAE created a new product specially dedicated to promote the development of this growing market, which

Chalets
This facility allows you to hold your business meetings and/or receptions in an exclusive area with a privileged view of the
flight demonstration area and runway. The chalets have reception halls, lounge, closet, kitchen and restroom, a terrace,
air conditioning, wiring for phone, fax, or internet connection, and it can be rented in pairs, thus duplicating its surface.

The exhibitors are allowed to implement special projects, prior approval by FIDAE’s Infrastructure Department, as long as
they fulfill the requirements detailed in regulations of the Fair.

Outdoor SQM
Exhibition area located in the hall perimeter that faces the aircraft display apron. Equipment and devices other than
aircraft may be displayed in this area.

Any extra product required, such as electricity for a stand, will be at the exhibitor’s expenses.

Likewise, any stand fitting project must be informed to FIDAE’s Infrastructure Department for approval.

Characteristics:
Maximum height: 2.5 m.

If the project goes higher than the maximum height allowed nd blocks the hall advertising, it will be mandatory
for the exhibitor to rent this advertising product.

Minimum reservation space: 16 SQM.

Aircraft Display Park

The fair offers you a wide area to display different aircraft in a privileged sector surrounded by the fair’s halls and chalets.

When renting this space, an information panel is included with the aircraft standard data (if requested) as well as trade day
invitations and three (3) badges for the aircraft’s pilots and/or crew, plus parking spaces according to the rental category.

The participation fee for an aircraft in FIDAE includes the arrival and departure towing, establishing the departure date on
Sunday, April 10th, 2022 after closing hours. If the aircraft leaves before that Sunday, the exhibitor will have to hire the
services from the official FBO (Fixed Base Operator) company. Also, any other aircraft movement or service inside the fair
venue, except the stated above, must be directly hired to this company.

Any additional requirement must be coordinated with FIDAE’s Air Operations Management.

The price will be set following the maximum take-off weight of the aircraft (metric tons).
