    Revision 05 of this document makes this document, BMS-0000259, obsolete.

    Until a new revision of BMS-0000051 eliminating all references to BMS-0000259, please


    acknowledge the impact to BMS-0000051 sections outlined below:

    5.5 MPR - Mating Parts Request (form template)

    Old format: BMS-0000259 - Supplier Quality Toolkit

    New format: If required, send a request to the appropriate Tesla functions via
    email and copy the Tesla Supplier Industrialization Engineer. Some commodities
    may provide a template for use.

    6.2.6 Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Complete (form template)

    Old format: Team Feasibility form in BMS-0000259 - Supplier Quality Toolkit

    New format: Tesla Supplier Industrialization Engineer will define requirements for
    individual commodities. As a minimum, supplier can download the Team
    Feasibility form from the Tesla Supplier Portal Quality Guidelines page..

    6.3.1 Process Flow Chart (form template)

    Old format: BMS-0000259 - Supplier Quality Toolkit

    New format: You may download the optional template from the Process Flow
    Chart task within the Tesla Qualification Process dashboard inside the Tesla
    Supplier Portal Quality interface or use a format approved by your Tesla Supplier
    Industrialization Engineer.

    6.3.4 Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) for Equipment Acceptance (form template)

    Old format: BMS-0000259 - Supplier Quality Toolkit

    New format: You may request the optional Metrology Template from your Tesla
    Supplier Industrialization Engineer or use a format approved by your Tesla
    Supplier Industrialization Engineer.

    6.4.3 Capacity Study (form template)

    Old format: BMS-0000259 - Supplier Quality Toolkit or on the Supplier Portal may
    be used

    New format: Download the template from the Capacity Study task within the Tesla
    Qualification Process dashboard inside the Tesla Supplier Portal Quality interface.
