CAREER OBJECTIVE

I am a self-driven action-oriented Mechanical Engineer passionate about Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). I possess hands-on
experience with simulation software like Ansys Fluent, Matlab, Open Foam, Python, Cantera and ICEM CFD. I plan to participate in a
career that will allow me to exercise my skills in CFD Simulations. Looking for an opportunity to learn and utilize my skills and work
for the organization.

INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE

ANALYZER CAE SOULTIONS Pvt. Ltd

Designation: CFD Application Engineer March 2022 to May 2022
Flow analysis of air Intake System
 Objective was to find out the flow profile within Air Intake system and to check the stage-wise pressure drop (back pressure)
offered by piping & air filter of Air Intake system.
 Design modifications within Air Intake duct are carried out for reducing the total back pressure across engine air Intake system.

Performance Evaluation of Centrifugal pump using CFD Analysis Approach

 CFD simulation of centrifugal water pump is carried out to evaluate its performance parameters using ICEM CFD.
 Flow separation dead regions within impeller passage & within spiral casing are identified. Pump head, torque required & pump
efficiency are calculated.

CUMMINS TECHNICAL CENTER INDIA (CTT) onsite

Designation: Thermal and Fluid Science Engineer May 2022 to dill date
Specter-VG bearing Housing CFD Coolant cavity only Analysis comparison with T and V design
 To perform Coolant Flow analysis of Specter bearing housing and re-run the Coolant flow Analysis of T and V bearing housing
using CFX.
 Pressure drop vs mass flow characteristics and Re-circulation zones for Specter and T and V bearing Housing at 2,6,10 LPM is
observed.

Northstar N7-2 Water-cooled FRB Bearing Housing CHT Analysis

 To carry out a Conjugate Heat Transfer on new Water-cooled Bearing housing to determine the impact on the Temperatures around
the Bearing and seal ring using Ansys CFX.
 Turbine side journal bearing temperature shows maximum temperature as compared to other Locations and at 3LPM, it records
maximum temperature at all locations.
