CRYPTOUNITY GIVEAWAY

Rules
1. The Giveaway will start on 14th of February at 8 PM/ CET and end on 22th of May at 8
PM/AM CET.
2. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to those who sign up and are 14 years of age or
older as of the date of entry. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of all countries and
is void where prohibited by law. Employees of CU Ltd which is the company behind the
Cryptounity project (“Cryptounity” or “Organizer”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising
and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate
family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible
to participate in the Giveaway. The Campaign is subject to all applicable European,
national and other laws and regulations. The campaign is void where prohibited, including
but not limited to the USA, Ethiopia, Iraq, Syria, Vanuatu, Nepal, Bolivia, Algeria,
Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Macedonia, Morocco, and Cambodia,
due to prohibition/limitation of trading cryptocurrencies in these countries.
3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Participant (“You”) agrees to be fully
unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the
eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Cryptounity as
final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.
4. Prizes: 50.000$ worth of CUT tokens (a total of 7.142.857 CUT
tokens).
5. Conditions and participation: Each participant who submits all of the actions defined on
the Campaign page and makes a purchase of 100 EUR worth of CUT tokens shall be
eligible to participate in a random draw of the winner.
6. Expenses of participation: All expenses of participation, including but not limited to
internet and electricity costs, token purchase costs, transaction costs, and other costs are
borne by the participant. Any and all prize-related expenses, including and without
limitation any and all national, federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole
responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to
others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize
constitutes permission for Cryptounity to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for
purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by
law.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be one of the Participants, who
successfully concluded all tasks, defined in paragraph 5 above.
8. Token collection / receival / notification: Participants will receive the Reward to the
BEP20 wallet address they’ve provided, according to the vesting plan described below
(12m) after the end of the Giveaway.
9. Distribution schedule of winner’s tokens: The winners will win CUT tokens at a price of
0,0075$ in the value of 50,000$ (in total 7.142.857 tokens).
The tokens shall be distributed through the gradual allocation of tokens meaning that the
winner shall receive tokens the first day after the expiration of 30 days from the day of
listing CUT tokens on the exchange. All Winners shall receive 10% of the winning tokens
monthly until 100% are received (in 10 months). The distribution of all rewards to the
winners will start from the day of the launch of the CUT token on the exchange, namely
at the following time.
For example, if the CUT token launches on exchange 1.7.2023, the winners will get
rewards in starting with the first 10% of the rewards 1.7.2023 and then next month
1.8.2023 another 10% and so on until they receive 100% of the reward.
10. Conditions: Organizer shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive reward due to
his/her own failure to provide the right wallet address, or due to a spam, junk e-mail or
other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-
functioning contact information. In any case, the Winner will receive the Reward in
his/her Enjin wallet. Receipt by Winner of the reward offered in this Giveaway is
conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and
regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT
CRYPTOUNITY’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION
AS WINNER OF THE REWARD GAME, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE
IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
11. Each participant who participates in the Giveaway with the application in the above
manner can participate in a Giveaway with a maximum of 1 application submission. In the
event that the Participants submits multiple applications it will count as one, and only one
reward will be received by the Participant.
12. Orderly list of Participants: Organizer will keep the orderly list of all the Participants and
will give out a reward on the basis of information in giveaway.
13. With participation in the Giveaway winners agree with the public announcement of their
initials and country on the social media (example: C.D., Argentina), if the Organizer choses
to do so.
14. The winner of the Reward confirms that they agree with these Rules.
15. Reward tokens: are tokens which are not purchased but awarded to the winner of a
giveaway. The tokens, which will be awarded in this campaign are not security tokens and
do not give to winners any equity, shareholders, voting, profit share or other similar rights.
The token holders will be able to use it with the future Cryptounity platform. Tokens will
be listed on crypto exchanges, but not on any of the traditional exchanges.
16. Limitation of liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Cryptounity
and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners,
representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any

 liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or
indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in
the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any reward or any
portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the
malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical
equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or
Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or
the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or
the processing of entries. The organizer excludes any liability for any undesirable
consequences that the participating users and / or anyone else will suffer as a result of
participation in the Giveaway. The organizer is also not responsible if the server is
temporarily unavailable. In addition, the organizer is not responsible for any technical
errors and disruptions that are not affected (such as network failures or electricity).
17. Taxes: In case of a tax obligation, the winner has to take care of notifying tax authorities
about the reward and paying taxes by himself / herself.
18. Termination and cancellation of the Giveaway: The Giveaway may be terminated in the
event that there are circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible or could not
prevent, eliminate or avoid. Cryptounity reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human
intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Cryptounity control corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. Cryptounity reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to
tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates
these Rules. Cryptounity has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the
Giveaway, to void Participants and entries for any reason, including, but not limited to:
multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the
same computer in excess of that allowed by Giveaway rules; the use of paid or otherwise
incentivised votes; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for
entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the
legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should
such an attempt be made, Cryptounity reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest
extent permitted by law.
Because of the reasons beyond Organizers control, the Organizer reserves the right to
award a Reward among those who have participated in the Giveaway until the moment
interruptions occurred, or that they do not complete the Giveaway without any obligation
to the participants. Participants will be informed about the possible suspension /
termination of the Giveaway via e-mail and on the Facebook (FB) page. In these cases, the
organizer is not liable for possible damage toward Giveaway participants / users.
19. Violation of the Rules: In case of violation of these rules of the Giveaway, the Organizer
reserves the right to exclude violators from the Giveaway without prior notice. Also, people
who use illegal devices (eg. hacker tools, viruses, Trojans, etc.) or otherwise benefited
through manipulation (for example, one natural person with multiple email addresses) shall
be excluded. Also, persons who participate on behalf of third parties (with their knowledge
or without their knowledge) shall be excluded from the Giveaway. In the event of exclusion
from participation in the Giveaway, the reward-winner may be subsequently taken out of
the reward, the awarded recipients are requested to return their reward. If the

 subsequently excluded winner no longer holds the awarded reward, the organizer reserves
the right to demand money from him in the amount of the value of the reward received.
20. The participant is deemed to be in agreement with these rules by participating in the
Giveaway. Furthermore, by participating, the participant explicitly declares that he is fully
aware of these rules of the Giveaway and declares that he fully agrees with them. It also
undertakes to fully comply with the rules of the Giveaway.
21. In case of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, the participant has not
participated according to the rules of the Giveaway and shall be excluded from the draw
by lot selection procedure.
22. Personal Data: Participants in the Giveaway allow the organizer, as the manager of the
personal data collection, to collect and process his personal data for the purposes:
- performance of the Giveaway in accordance with these Rules;
- informing the winners according to these Rules;
- announcement of the Giveaway winner in accordance with these Rules;
- awarding reward;
- the purpose of informing about the offer, novelties and benefits, and other marketing
purposes of the Organizer.
The Organizer will protect the acquired data in accordance with the General Data
Protection Rules and other applicable law. The organizer undertakes not to transfer
personal data to third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of the Giveaway
or required by the law.
23. Participants in the Giveaway allow the Organizer, who is the data controller, to keep,
maintain and process the collection of collected personal data for the purpose of informing
about the Giveaway and the purpose of informing about the offer, novelties and benefits
and other purposes of marketing of the Organizer. Participants in the Giveaway can send
a written withdrawal of the consent for data processing to the e-mail address
[email protected]. The organizer will delete personal data from his records within 15
days of receipt of the request unless he is required to store the data by the law.
24. Risk of participation: Participants participate in the Giveaway at their own risk. The Rules
will enter into force on the day of their publication.
25. Costs of participation: A minimum of 100 EUR worth of CUT tokens purchase is necessary
for the worldwide presale phase which is opening on the 18th of February on
https://cryptounity.org website to enter a competition. The amount is not refundable should
a participant not win, should he/she withdraw the participation or is excluded from the
participation due to reason stated in paragraph 18, or giveaway is canceled due to reason
stated in paragraph 17.
26. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Potential costs for participating in
the Giveaway (access to the web, sending telephone messages, etc.) are borne by the
participants of the, in accordance to paragraph 6 above.
27. Change of Rules, Terms and conditions: The organizer reserves the right to change these
Rules of participation in the . All changes and novelties will be communicated by the
organizer to the participants on the same social media channels where the was announced
and by email.
28. The organizer assumes no responsibility for any damage that would result from the
acceptance or use of the reward, which the participants expressly agree with.

 29. Governing law and Jurisdiction: This campaign is governed by the laws of Slovenia. For
disputes that have risen in connection with this , the court in Ljubljana shall have exclusive
jurisdiction. The applicable law of these terms is Slovenian law. The language of the
Giveaway and these terms is English.
30. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,
Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and similar social media.
31. Participants can withdraw their consent for participation at any time by sending a request
for cancellation to the e-mail address: [email protected]. In this case, the participant
shall be excluded from further participation. The funds with which the Participant bought
CUT tokens shall not be refundable.
32. Notification about winning a reward: The winner will be notified of the winning by e-mail
address (with which they participated in the ) within 14 working days from the draw. The
winner will receive an e-mail with the notification about their reward and will be asked to
claim (accept) the reward within 3 working days of the receipt of the email by replying to
the mail about the winning. If the winner does not reply to the e-mail within 5 working
days and accepts the reward, the Organizer will choose another winner for the reward.
33. The new registrant and the winner of the drawing who has met the conditions under these
Rules, will receive a reward to their BEP-20 wallet address which is provided upon signing
on the competition.
34. If the winner of the Giveaway user accepts the reward, he/she can return it within 3
working days of the receival of the reward. He/she can only return the reward, but not the
purchased CUT tokens and therefore, the funds of CUT purchase are not returned. If they
do not return the reward, it means that the winner accepts the reward and all obligations
of the Organizer to the winner shall cease.
