This request is for a Microsoft .NET Web Developer III having experience and knowledge with
systems analysis, multi-layered object-oriented design techniques, Microsoft Web applications
architecture and development software to be responsible for designing, developing and supporting
web applications in .NET, pertaining to Child Support programs in Wisconsin. This position will
support new distributed web-based child support applications along with modifications to existing
applications for federally mandated, state budget and administrative projects. In addition, this position
will provide support for current child support applications including Child Support Online Services
(CSOS) for participant financial and personal information; Lien Docket Web for Lien information;
License Certification Web for occupational and recreational license information, and wiKIDS (and
DocGen subsystem) for child support workers. Project duties will be to work as a .NET web developer
and part of a team to develop and maintain child support applications in a Microsoft environment
using web tools and techniques. Project duties will also include analysis, design, coding, testing,
quality assurance, development of user documentation and training materials.  This position includes
providing on-call support. Priority will be given to candidates with application development
experience related to state/federal programs.

clicking on any of the vehicles gives the user a detailed view of the vehicle with a
slide show of images for the vehicle. Each of these pages has 2 different views users
can chose from.

SalesStudio is a windows application that runs on tablet pcs. Company Reps use
this application in the field to collect data from various auto dealers for publishing
their ads. Reps can enter all the information related to ads, attach pictures from
internal/external media and submit the orders to the staging database. At the same
time they can download information, renewals for dealers and modify existing
contracts/orders.

SalesWeb is a web based application to manage the information that was submitted
by SalesStudio to a staging database. Using this application, users can edit the
contents, fix issues, resubmit orders, and view information before the data gets sent
to the composing centers for publishing.

AdBank is a web based application to manage Ads online and publish the ads on
various printed media. This application is used from the time an Ad is submitted to a
city office by a customer till it gets to one of the composing centers that would
combine all the ads and prepare the book layout ready for printing & publishing on
the web. All the images are sent directly to the composing centers via the AdBank
application.

Responsibilities:

 Analyzed, gathered requirements, designed and developed a vulnerability
scanner for Vulnerability Discovery and Management.
 Installed and configured MySql on a linux server and designed the database
structure.
 Installed and configured the open source software Nessus on the linux server
and modified the source code written in c according to the requirements.
 Backend was written in PHP and user interface was written in asp/JavaScript.
 Wrote cron jobs to download the newest Nessus plug-ins on a daily basis to
keep the plug-in library up to date.

Argus is a port monitoring software that will enable customers to monitor their
service ports. Customers can logon to the website and configure the software as to
which ports to be monitored, how they should be notified of any problems and
whether the server should be rebooted upon any problem.
 Designed developed, and implemented a database driven Service Monitoring
system for EV1Servers customers to monitor service ports on their servers.
 Backend was written in C# with multi threading and SQL Server as the
database which scanned over 22,000 ip/ports in less than 2 minutes.
 Used ASP.NET and ADO.NET to provide a complete visual interface for
Administration of the software.
 Designed a statistical page for internal use to generate summaries as to how
many ports/ips were down/up at a given time/day/week.

Newsreader is a software written in C# to update the main web page of Everyones


internet with the latest national and international news. Information is downloaded
every 5 minutes from Associated Press.
 Analyzed, designed and implemented the whole system using C#, SQLServer
as the backend.
 Connects to the Associated Press’s nntp server and downloads news in binary
format.
 Used XPath queries to extract data from the xml format according to the
