Abstract Summary
Narayan Infrahight Pvt Ltd was incorporated on 17.03.2011. Since then company has
successfully finished first phase of Narayan Heights and then starts Narayan Square, Narayan
Grih Sangam, Narayan Residency, Narayan Greens, and followed by it launched another
project Narayan Smart City.

Company has recently planned for implementation of Narayan Smart City, i.e. one of the
biggest projects in the city with 893 residential flats, 168 residential Duplex and 143
commercial shops. Formerly before the incorporation of company group has successfully
completed government housing projects under different scheme through its co-operative
society.

The Company’s residential projects include presidential apartments, villas, row houses,
luxury and super luxury apartments, plotted development and aspirational homes replete with
world-class amenities. In all its residential projects, the company lays a strong emphasis on
environmental management, water harvesting and high safety standards. On the contracts
side, the Company has constructed a wide variety of structures for corporates including
corporate offices, convention centers, software development blocks, multiplex theatres, hostel
facilities, guest houses, food courts, restaurants, research centers and club houses

Narayan Heights at Naini Prayagraj, has been a Grand success launch on
12thSeptember 2013 with total no. of 479 Units furnishing your meet to grand lifestyle,
as major planning and thought process has been given into this project. We have
reached to the completion of the project and wish that Narayan Heights will make life
of homeowners very convenient and luxurious. The Project is dreamed to fulfill the

NARAYAN SQUARE, NAINI PRAYAGRAJ


Narayan Square at Naini Prayagraj, is a Shopping Complex at the heart of Naini
Industrial Township at Prayagraj near Saraswati Hi-Tech City (A Government
proposed Smart City Project). It has a total area of 38,000 sq. ft. equally divided into
five floors with 15 Nos. shops on each floor i.e. 75 shops. The completion date of this
project is December 2016 and we expect this Rs. 26.60 cr. business from Narayan
Square.

NARAYAN GIRH SANGAM, NAINI ALLAHBAD


On the successful stage of completion first phase of Narayan Heights, group has
launched a New project Narayan Grih Sangam at Naini Prayagraj with more luxury
added to it and more facilities and amenities just by its side. Narayan Grih Sangam has
432 Units in its sleaves. Narayan Grih Sangam has 432 Units into it. The total business
expected out of the project is 100 crores with approx. 3,25,000 sq. ft. of construction.
The Project is dreamed to fulfill the need ample parking, affordable rates, at mid of the
city within the distance of 20 minute drive from Prayagraj serving 1 BHK & 2 BHK

Narayan University is our proposed Project. Under the University Act, We will be
provide' Technical Education' includes programmes of education, research and training
in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Town Planning, Pharmacy, Applied Arts &
Crafts and Medical college. The University is affiliating in nature and its jurisdiction
spans the entire state of U.P. in affiliating B.Tech. M.B.A., M.C.A., B.Arch., B.
Pharma., B.H.M.C.T., M.Tech. and Ph.D. programmes in 785 colleges/institutions
imparting graduate, postgraduate and doctoral level training in all government and
private institutions located all over U.P. in engineering, technology, architecture,
pharmacy, hotel management and catering technology as well as M.B.A. and M.C.A.
programmes. U.P. being the largest state of India with an area of around two lacs forty
thousand square kilometers and population of more than 165 million people makes as

Mr. Surendra Kumar Mishra, popularly known as S.K. Mishra, is the Board
of Director of Narayan Infrahight Private Limited. Narayan Infraheight Pvt. Ltd.
is one of the best developers of Uttar Pradesh east region. With our work quality
we have achieved credibility in the field of construction and real estate
development in very short span of time. Mr. Sanjeev Mishra is widely recognized
across the world for his path breaking and visionary contributions to the building
of modern India
through his pioneering role as a real estate developer and corporate leader who
has transformed the urban landscape of the country by setting new standards in
the housing and urban development scenario and creating world class
infrastructure to attract unprecedented levels of foreign and domestic investment
inflows, generating new employment opportunities and changing lifestyles.

Born on July 09, 1957, Mr. S.K. Mishra pursued Master of Science in Prayagraj,
after Post graduating with MSC was subsequently selected to the Prayagraj U.P.
Gramin Bank as a Branch Manager, he joined Narayan Sahkari Sewa Samiti as
secretary, he took over as the Managing Director of Narayan Infrahight Private
Limited. In the early Twenties, Mr. S.K. Mishra took it upon himself to spearhead
a total transformation in the Housing and Urban Development scenario in the
U.P. East Region. Visualizing that only the collaborative efforts of both the
public and private sectors could achieve the goal of creating cities of the future
with adequate housing and urban infrastructure to meet the needs of future
generations, he worked towards bringing to an end the era of State monopoly and
opening the doors for professional private developers to play a major role in

complexes.

He was one of the pioneers of the concept of Public-Private Partnership in the

infrastructure, the funding for which was mobilized from the property-owners
and paid to the Government. His visionary efforts were crowned with success,
through the innovative Narayan Vihar Colony project, which is today the single-
most important and influential urban development model in Independent
Prayagraj that is being replicated elsewhere in the U.P. East Region.

Mr. S.K. Mishra is also widely credited with conceptualizing a unique and
innovative model for acquisition of land from the farmers by involving the
farming community as ‘Partners in Progress’ in Housing and Urban
Development. He has been a firm believer in corporate intervention in the social
sector in compassing CSR and philanthropic activities like improvements in the
living standards of construction workers, and providing basic education and
healthcare facilities in adopted villages in and around Narayan Group townships.
Mr. Mishra has pioneered a national movement for Self-Regulation and Ethics in

Mr. Sanjeev Mishra, is the Board of Director of Narayan Infrahight Private


Limited.

Born on August 09, 1984, Mr. Sanjeev Mishra after graduation and Post
graduating with MBA (2006 - 2008) was subsequently selected from campus to
the ICICI Bank, he joined Narayan Sahkari Awas Samiti as secretary in 2010,
After Completion of the Government Project Kanshiram Shari Garib Awas
Yojana of 500 flats Government project, he joined Directorship of Narayan
Infrahight Private Limited in 2011.

In the early Twenties, Mr. Sanjeev Mishra took it upon himself to spearhead a
total transformation in the Housing and Urban Development scenario in the U.P.
East Region. Visualizing that only the collaborative efforts of both the public and

About Prayagraj, UP
Prayagraj, also known as Prayag and Prayagraj, is a city in the Indian state of Uttar
Pradesh and the administrative headquarters of Prayagraj District, the most-populous
district in the state.

As of 2011, Prayagraj is the seventh most-populous city in the state, fifteenth in


the Northern India and thirty-sixth in India, with an estimated population of
1.11 million in the city and 1.21 million in its metropolitan region. In 2011 it was
ranked the world's 130th fastest-growing city. Prayagraj, in 2013, was ranked the third
most livable city in the state (after Noida and Lucknow) and twenty-ninth in the
country.

Located in southern Uttar Pradesh, the city's metropolitan area covers 70.5 km (27.22
sq. miles).Although the city and its surrounding area are governed by several
municipalities, a large portion of Prayagraj District is governed by the Prayagraj City
Council.

The city is home to colleges, research institutions and central and state
government offices. The city within itself is giving a new face to Industries &
Residential Units with various new projects coming up with. This infrastructure

Prayagraj Smart City Project Sanctioned under Plan of Central
Government

An MoU was signed on 25 January 2015 between the United States Trade and
Development Agency and the Government of Uttar Pradesh for developing
Prayagraj as a smart city.

The pact came into existence after the bilateral meeting between the Indian Prime
Minister Narendra Modi and the US President Barack Obama in October 2014,
wherein it was announced that the US would assist India in developing three
smart cities, Prayagraj, Ajmer and Visakhapatnam, in a boost to India's 100 smart
city programme.

On 27 August 2015 the official list of 98 cities to be developed as smart cities,


including Prayagraj, was announced by the Government of India.

Prayagraj Task Force was set up by the Minister of Urban Development


Venkaiah Naidu which consists of Divisional Commissioner (Chairman),
Secretaries of Town and Country Planning and Municipal Affairs, Government
of Uttar Pradesh, District Magistrate, Vice-Chairman, Prayagraj Development
Authority, Mayor of the city besides Additional Secretary (Urban Development),
Government of India and representatives of Ministry of External Affairs and
USTDA. The project is being assisted by the U.S.-India Business Council.

IBM selected Prayagraj among 16 other global cities for its smart cities
programme to help it address challenges like waste management, disaster
management, water management and citizen services. The company commenced
working on solid waste management and power sector in generating renewable
energy.

The administration proposed uniformity in signage and colour of buildings and a


parking lot to be set up to solve traffic congestion. 1.35 km long riverfront along
Yamuna river would be developed by the Prayagraj Development Authority,
irrigation and power departments at a cost of ₹147.36 crore. The riverfront would

be developed in two phases. In the first phase, around 650 meters at Arail would
be developed along with Yamuna, while in the second phase 700 meters of stretch
between New Yamuna Bridge and Boat Club in Kydganj would be taken up.

Prayagraj, also known as Prayag, is one of the 13 Smart Cities identified in UP


out of 100 in India. It is the administrative headquarters of the Prayagraj District.
It is one of the largest commercial centers in Uttar Pradesh, having the second-
highest per capita income and the third-greatest GDP in the state.

Prayagraj Municipal Corporation (AMC) has plans for the complete revival of
the system in city and make the M and E governance available for common public
to ensure good governance. As a part of this exercise, AMC intends to have
involvement of public in the form of suggestions to make the city smart and
improve the living standards.

Prayagraj has to formulate its own unique PAN City Smart Solution (A Smart
Solution that could be applied City wide) and prepare the Smart City Plan in
consultation with the citizens and other stakeholders.
