    TECHNICAL DATA SHEET CLIP IN PERFORATD ALUMINUM CEILING TILES

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

    It is often vital to create a hospitable and relaxed environment. A successful ceiling design
    with good lighting will create a warm atmosphere. Signage is an important element of ceiling
    design, and the ceiling grid system can play an important role to help achieve this. This
    system has concealed suspension system. It is a modular system in flat tile and used
    especially in areas where the regular maintenance is needed such as kitchens, computer
    rooms, hospitals and offices etc. It consists of beveled edged tiles fixed to an adjustable
    suspension system which allows removable tiles to clip in place. Our system is a downward
    accessible, ceiling panel available in standard 600X600 or any sizes as per the designer
    requests. All panels can be removed and reinstalled with great ease.

    FIRE PERFORMANCE: Class 1 Surface Spread of Flame
    INSULATION: Acoustic black felt of 0.20mm thick bonded to the reverse side of
    the perforated tile
    ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE: NRC 0.70 to 0.85 Tested for its sound absorption performance in
    accordance with ASTM C432-90a
    SUSPENSION SYSTEM: The product has a square and rectangular panel fixed on a fully
    accessible concealed metal suspended ceiling system with
    necessary support framework for interior use. They are
    economical and
    cost effective system having total downward demount ability.
    SPECIFICATIONS:
    Light Reflectance LR= 70-90% (ASTM E 1477).
    Fire Classification Class 1 Surface Spread of
    Flame (BS 476: Part 6: Part 6 and 7).
    Anti-Microbial Exceptional antibacterial properties, disinfection
    coating can be applied upon demand. (JIS Z 2801: 2000)
    Green Building Material Ecological friendly materials full recyclable. Edge Trim Main Carrier
    Acoustic Property NRC = 0.7 - 0.9 (ASTM C423).
    Corrosion Resistance Salt spray tested for 1000 hours corrosion protection (ASTM B 117-73)
    Cleanable Can be washed with any common household cleaning agent by wiping with a clean
    fabric.
