MEDICAL AND RESCUE SERVICES
SAR
Once an SOS is called, response time is critical. Capable of
performing a high speed “airplane” search and a vertical
“helicopter” rescue, the AW609 is in a class of its own for
saving lives. Long range, high speed and flight into know
icing conditions make the AW609 an unrivalled asset for
SAR operations and Law Enforcement. Make response time
shrink when it matters most.
EMS
In time-critical scenarios the AW609 becomes invaluable,
doubling the range in the critical golden hour. Up to four
medics can care for a patient in a fully medically equipped
cabin. The AW609’s high speed is ideal for transferring
patients or organs between hospitals and specialized
medical centers.
