5.2 Quality Issues

 Concrete mix design for C20 & C30 grade of concrete for structural works has been

submitted to Main Contractor for review.

 Concrete cube results for selected foundations with grade C30 has been conducted and

Seven (7) days s t r e n g t h results has been submitted to the Materials Laboratory
for testing.

5.3 Other Issues

There are no other outstanding issues.

5.4 Variations
There are no other variations as at time of report.

5.5 Site Instructions

 The Site offices has made copies of site instruction books available for future
instructions from the Construction Manager. We currently record no site
instruction in the site instruction book.
 A safety Manager on site metes out Health and Safety measures prior start of work on daily basis
