PRICE BASIS:- Ex-factory.
FREIGHT:- Exclusive
GST:- 18% GST extra at actual
TRANSIT INSURANCE:- Extra at actual ( 1 % )
TERMS OF PAYMENT:- 25% payment as an advance along with the purchase order in the name of OLINE ARCHER;
vide NEFT/RTGS/UPI/cheque/demand draft payable at par at, Pune. Balance 75% before
dispatch against proforma invoice.
*Order Cancellation charges will apply as per policy
APPROVALS:- Approvals from concerned authorities will be at customer's account.
DELIVERY PERIOD:- Supply within 3-4 weeks from the date of receipt of your order along with advance payment
and purchase order. Delay can be caused due to unforeseen situation like: - Checks which are
done by our technical team at our works before dispatch of every set. Also, there would be a
time lapse of 3-4 working days after receipt of balance payment.
VALIDITY:- 30 days from the date of quotation and subject to our confirmation thereafter.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY:- Our copy of technical leaflet is enclosed and the offer is confined to whatever is specifically
included and stipulated in the technical and commercial clauses.
INSTALLATION:- At extra at actual. It includes work like Unloading, Shifting & Placing, Base Platform/AVM Pads,
Earthings, Power& Control Cabling with lugs, Changeover fitting with connections, Exhaust
piping and diesel for
testing etc. Responsibility to complete this work lies with the customer.
COMMISSIONING:- While commissioning your DG set an electrician from your side has to be present for doing
connections in changeover and load distribution (if required). We shall depute our service
representative for once whose scope shall be only to connect cable in DG control panel and
DG point in Changeover, start the dg set, put load, test, train your operator with basic
operations and handover the dg set to you.
CANCELLATION In case of cancellation of the order in writing within 5 days from the date of placement of
POLICY:- order with clear advance, no deduction shall be made. 2% of basic price shall be deducted
beyond the above said period and 5% of basic price after 10 days. Also, in case of inability to lift
the material within fifteen days of intimation by the company, we shall have the right to
forfeit your advance and dispose of the materials at your risk & cost. No claims shall be
accepted.
ARBIRITATION:- The venue of arbitration shall be Bhopal for any disputes or differences arising under the
terms of contract placed on the company.
WARRANTY:- The offered Engine & Alternator are warranted for a period of 2 Years from the date of
dispatch or 5000 hours from the date of commissioning whichever is earlier against any
manufacturing defective material(s) only. However, electrical and other proprietary items
would be covered as per their respective manufacturer's standard clause which is 01 year
from the date of billing. 5 Years/60 months warranty on its 5 critical parts from the date of
dispatch or 5000 hours from the date of commissioning. Warranty shall not be covered in case
of damages caused by accidents, wrong handling and improper maintenance. Detailed policy
in the user manual which shall be provided with the DG set.
